Summary: the house is great.

Rooms: big enough for a couple with one or two children, clean and comfortable, queen sized beds and a little desk in each.

Baths: clean, but could be better maintained, no hard soap provided, bu only liquid one - body/hair gel, toilet paper is the cheapest one - maybe the biggest complaint about the house :)

Kitchen: large - enough for the small family restaurant, located next to it, big oven, big electric barbecue, two big refrigerators and one freezer, many glasses, dishes and utensils.

Restaurant: cosy with real traditional vibes and a tad bit more plastic/artificial plants and decoration, but otherwise great for a big gathering of the whole house (maybe even more).

Pool: could be completely covered, which is convenient for smaller children during colder weather.

Yard: awesome wooden booths to enjoy some coffee, drinks and food, last of which could be prepared on the outside barbecue on fire. There is small green field with grass, which makes good spot for kids. The res of the yard is paved with stone and is very clean.

Personnel: very polite and friendly

Wi-Fi: fairly good

Polite staff, very delicious breakfast, nice pool, fun times. There was only a problem with the showers - constantly switching between hot and cold water no matter how the handle is configured.

Perfect place to stay! The rooms are big and cozy, with big terrace and nice mountain views. The breakfast was amazing and the woman who runs the place was lovely and helped us in everything.

It's nice and clean, warm and cozy with a good location straight below the Mountain with a great view. A very tasty home made breakfast as well.

Тихо и приятно място. Отзивчив персонал. Топъл и чист басейн и хубаво джакузи. Препоръчвам.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Beheizter Pool und Whirlpool gut zum Entspannen. Zimmer sind gemütlich und mit großem Balkon. Der Besitzer spricht nur bulgarisch, aber die Verständigung klappt trotzdem sehr gut. Beim Frühstück kann man aus 4 verschiedenen Sachen wählen, Portionen sind nicht groß, aber es schmeckt sehr gut.

Жената, която ни направи резервацията беше много учтива, също както и момчето, което ни посрещна.
В стаята беше чисто и уютно, както и топло.
Чудесна гледка към балкана.
Има ограничен брой паркоместа, за около 5-6 коли.

Страхотна обстановка, чистота и природа.Много мило посрещане,препоръчвам горещо на всеки решил да посети Сапарева баня.Басейн с минерална вода и много стилно обзаведени стаи.
