The tomb of Seuthes is fascinating and one of many in the region. It's great if you can get a guide who can explain the history. There are daytrips to the tombs from Plovdiv and Sofia.

Such a wonderful place to visit. Very well made and managed. Full of history, even there is not a lot information about all this valley of the Kings, just Bulgarian version, as there are another 12 places like this around. It is great to visit this incredible historical place. The guy at the box office was very helpful and gave us a lot information about the tomb and everything around. We will visit again when they open all other tombs. There is free car par on site.

The place is very impressive, even more impressive is that this structure was built 3000 years ago and it is still in a great condition

You would see these places, they are too ancient and old to be missed. Also has so many interesting artefacts found there and you could see them in the local museum in Kazanlak. Unimaginary fine gold crafts that hardly can be produced today had been made 6 st.ago!!!

Big and interesting tomb. For sure one of the greatest examples of Thracian architecture in Bulgaria

This tomb dates back to V century B.C. There were found very interesting and valuable artefacts like the bronze head of Seuthes III, a gold wreath, other gold objects, armors of a warrior and many more. You can see all of them in the History Museum of Kazanlak. This tomb differs from the others with its bigger chamber, much longer dromos, the passage to the chamber which is considered to be used by the soul of the passed away to move to the other world, and the carved images of Medusa and Helios Gods on the doors.

22.8.2019 one of the tallest tomb structures in the valley of the kings(5 graves opened),6BGL fee, possible to make fotos inside, its suspected due to findings that it was the burial place of Seuthes III as the head of a bronze statue was found there, which depicted a man with impressive nose-so scientiest remembered about the portrait of Seuthes III at coins😉

Unique temple located close to Kazanlak. It was recently found and many artefacts in it reports of advanced ancient society. The building itself is a mystery and huge stone blocks were moved to that high energy place by the means of unknown technology.
