Ruskovets Resort

Fantastic resort. Nice and polite personnel. Spacious rooms. Clean SPA and warm water in the pools. . Food at the restaurant is delicious and has enough options. Swimming clothes and accessories in the Spa area, which is a plus if you come unprepared and/or with a small kid. We were in a villa and enjoyed the quitenes and the forest view. Hotel is near the center. Kids area is also nice and has anima ion for kids.

Amazing place with amazing service, we spent 5 nights here for a ski trip, with spa & wellness and breakfast included, for a very decent and normal price. The good position of the resort, beautiful mountain view, good food - I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

I was very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. It was the second time I visited it and they have made improvements from 4 years ago

- No oven, stove, not even a microwave
+/- Complimentary instant coffee and tea in the room but the maids forget to restock it
+ The lady in the kids corner is very, very kind!
+ Outdoor playground for the kids
+ Was very happy with the massage
+ Overall staff is friendly
+ The breakfast has variety. They offer omelettes of your choice.
+ Very clean
+ Enough parking places
- Lobby bar was not working

Very nice place. Spacious villas with two terrances overlooking the mountain Pirin. Nice SPA and pools. Very clean. Kind staff. Good location - close to Dobrinishte Fun Park. 10 minutes walking to the city center..

Great views, the rooms are very nice, the wellness zone as well, very good service. We needed to change the dates in the very last minute and they were very helpful, no issues. Enjoyed our stay!

Nice big rooms with a nice view of the snowy mountains. Everything was clean and tidy. Service was good. Only problem was the parking. It is limited on space. Breakfast was also ok but that's it. Could definitely improve breakfast and the coffee offered. Bad coffee from the machine. However the resort is very nice and a good value for money. Massage was ok.

Great hotel with very nice views and easy location! It is also very suitable for small children. The water in the large pool is 33 degrees, and in the children's pool 36 degrees. There is a very nice children's corner, as well as an outdoor playground.

The place is amazing 😊! The air in this place was amazing it was so refreshing and I liked so much the smell of this old pine trees 🌲🌲🌲🌲!!!The whole place is surrounded by pine trees!
There is a main building with room's and SPA center whit mineral thermal water 💦! And yes it was very relaxing!
There are also some very beautiful and good designed family house's.
For the Bulgarian standard's it's a little bit expensive!

Great place for vacation! Loved the view to the mountain from the complex! The houses are very cosy and we'll done, however they need some renovation as there were some broken pieces of the future around the house. The bathroom is very big and nicely done and it was nice that had view to the mountain from the big windows. It would be perfect if the kitchen is equipped with bigger fridge and some stove and microwave. The very big jacuzzi overlooking the mountain is great as well! The pool and the Spa area are small but nice.

Awesome facility (rooms, spa, restaurant, kids playground), good service, nice view, good location - close to ski tracks of Dobrinishte, Bansko, other restaurants, etc. The only drawback is the lobby bar (quite big and cozy) in the hotel is open till 7pm which is fairly weird for such a big hotel.

Nice, spacious houses, comfortably furnished. Everything is made with attend to detail. The water in the pools and jacuzzi was warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to visit again.

Perfect place! Children friendly, food is excelent, rooms are fully equiped for every needs. The staff is polite and services are of best quality.

Nice place, polite staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. Two restaurants to choose from.Both with good food. We were surprised that one of the restaurants offered real oven backed pizza, which is not usually the case in this part of the country. The pool was clean with warm water although not sure if is mineral. Nice day care club with lots of toys. Overall a good place for a family vacation

We have spent only 1 night there but it was faboulos. The environment, view was amazing and relaxing. The food was perfect , buffet with a wide range of variety. The hotel is really close to the centre of the village. The only one negative, the spa did not work properly but the outside jacuzzi was incredible.

I loved it here. Our apartment was very clean and comfy, with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The HB food was OK - nothing exceptional but the service was well organized (in the context of the pandemic). There are good spa facilities and a massage center. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the spa menu was very limited but the massage therapist was excellent and very professional. The resort is within the Dobrinishte town limits and you can take plenty of pleasant walks around town.

One of the best wellness family resorts I've ever been. A place where you find yourself at home and it's hard to find negative about anything. Good fresh food served on buffet, warm and welcome service. The place has its own hot spring and big swimming pool and kids swimming pool one to another. Spa zone has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Definitely I am going back.

Apartments are nice, comfy and suitable. Spa center and massages offered are high quality. Staff is kind and organized. The only minus is the food prepared by the restaurant, but from any other aspect I could say that Ruskovets is a great place to relax and chill with alone or with your loved ones.

We just visited to relax in the warm mineral baths, very good experience, not crowded. Friendly reception. Clear water, clean dressing rooms. Great view on the mountains. Afterwards we had a nice lunch in "Il Forno"
