Very nice for relaxing. Great food in the restaurant. After all there is nothing else around to see except the public bath and the first roman fontain.

The staff was great! We didn’t speak a lick of Bulgarian but they worked with us and made our week long stay feel very much at home! I’d encourage anyone wanting a central location to consider them! Especially in late May during their Rose festival when rose blooms are occurring through the valley, named after the destination perfume variety renowned since Ottoman Empire times

Great service! Food was delicious and fresh, not like other hotels where everything is convenience food. The thermal zone is big enough with hot and healing mineral water.

Great place to relax, very clean with a lot spa facilities. Professional and friendly staff. Delicious food thanks to the shef! Swimming pools amazing with just the right temperature of the mineral water!

Top class Spa Hotel!!! The pool, sauna and ice bucket were awesome! Breakfast had a lot of choices and the restaurant food was super.The surrounding area is amazing. I highly recommend staying there.
