Very kind staff, that also offered to pick us up in the snow in the middle of the mountain as the weather was impractical for our car. The day after, they also drove us back.

The rooms are great, modern, cozy, and well-furnished, as is their bathroom. The food at the restaurant was very average as we were expecting something different. The spa zone is very nice, although when we were here the jacuzzi was broken / malfunctioning as the water wasn't hot at all.

Conclusion : Exceptional staff and service, OK food, OK spa, great rooms, extraordinary atmosphere in the middle of the snow, with very beautiful and warm decoration inside. I recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

Great place to stay in. The rooms are absolutely enaugh, not very big but enaugh space. We booked a flat two rooms, ach room with individual toilets and one bathroom. There was a huge terrace with a stunning view out there. The food was so good, the restaurant is really cool! We had a problem the first night with the sofa bed, and the next day, they it was solved immediately. Very good place!!!
The jacuzzi and steam room, the sauna, the relaxing area was wonderful!!! 24-hour access, it was just perfect!

We ate lunch here after coming up to vitosha to enjoy the views but with some folks in our group that were unable to hike for to mobility issues. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful with large windows looking out over the valley and views. The food was traditional Bulgarian with specials and options that suited all the tastes in our group. And the staff were lovely, helping us understand the menu and map of the area. We had a lovely afternoon here. It wasn't cheap but considering it's up a mountain I thought it was very reasonable!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Moreni near Vitosha Mountains in Sofia, Bulgaria, and it was an outstanding experience. I ordered the pork ribs with potatoes and enjoyed a delightful plum rakia to drink. The food surpassed all expectations – the pork ribs were incredibly tasty, and I've never had pork this delicious before. Choosing this restaurant for pork ribs was undoubtedly an excellent decision.

The service at Hotel Moreni was also commendable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and proficient in English, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would confidently give Hotel Moreni a five-star rating.

Very friendly staff and delicious drinks. Good (free) WiFi and clean toilets! There’s also a small shop with books, backpacks and stuff. Also a little sweet shop with a variety of sweets, ice cream and drinks.

It's a great cozy hotel on a mountain top, the food was great, the service is awesome. Surrounded by pine woods and great views, it's a place to relax by the fireplace with a glass of wine.

Stopped for a delicious latte and refreshing homemade lemonade (while waiting for the bus). The bar/restaurant staff were amazing! They went out of their way, so impressive! Did not stay at the hotel (therefore no room rating). One day I would like to.

Best location in Sofia, in Vitosha. Top service in the restorant. Quality food and service. I really can give full recommendation but this location deserves it. I've been to many places but here everything is combined. Not too luxurious but gently touched in every aspect. Wish you success!

Very nicely located in the mountains, about 45 min away from Sofia City.
Spa is small, but nice.
Food at the Restaurant was always delicious. Breakfast has an average variety.
Bus stop to go to town is right opposite of the hotel. No other facilities like restaurants or shops close by. If you like being surrounded by nature, this is your place.

Amazing place, beautiful nature, great food, the best interior and exterior design, good ambiance and the nicest workers. I am so sad that I stayed here for only one day- I wish I would've stayed here longer 😭. There's a small yet effective gym, a very relaxing spa, a bar, a restaurant with amazing food and other places that I didn't visit throughout the hotel. Would 100% recommend the place!

Very nice spot. Went all the way to the summit, the weather conditions were atrocious, and since the chalet at the summit wasn’t open, I desperately needed something warm. The hot cocoa and the tripe soup are absolutely delicious!! Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. I was here early afternoon on a week day and the lounge was empty. Great experience. The best part is, you can get here with public transit for only 2 leva! I am planning on visiting again.

Very clean and warm place. We had our wedding there and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome. Great thanks to Georgi, who was our waiter during our wedding night. Excellent friendly guy! Definitely will visit it again one day!

I love this place :) The stuff is nice and the room is quite cozy, clean and lovely.

We booked a massage - it was cool tho.

The stuff speaks English, Bulgirian and also Russian. We spoke English with everyone - everything was alright.

+ This is the one of the few places in the Sofia where the coffee is so tasty. I recommend you to try one

Nice hotel in a nice quiet place around nature. Good location to disconnect, at the same time, accessible to public transportation. Food is pricey but good. Breakfast has a lot of options, warm croissants, fresh fruit and veggies, toasts, eggs amongst others. The downside is that the walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear people talk, TV and noises from other activities.

Had a great time. Was there for 1 night with my girlfriend and we had a great time!

The perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is situated right among the nature of the forest, near lots of hiking trails (and ski slopes in winter). The wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt very modern and recently renovated. A mini fridge was in the room. Easy secure parking.
The breakfast was good although could have had more healthy options like fruit salad and cooked mushrooms (was too much meat and bread).
Cons: we had one evening with no hot water in the shower, but it worked again the next day.
