Less than a km away from the highway, great views of nature, luxurious setting, polite, observant, and well-mannered(this is rare in Bulgaria) staff. Great spaces, both for children and for professional events.

Wonderful location next to a lake inside the mountain, big and well furnished rooms, very good kitchen, great SPA center with a big swimming pool, very good service by a polite and helpful staff.

All facilities were satisfied enough. Well located beside lake, many options to enjoy viewpoint. Spa center and swim pool are well managed. Especiallt Mercato(restaurant) is perfect. High-quality menu and good mood. Strongly recommend visiting Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort Hotel

Lovely hotel and great SPA facilities. The breakfast was amazing. It is very tasty and variable.

This is a completely renovated and brand new premium experience on a gorgeous lake with surrounding mountains. The hotel is modern and clean and has notable art-work in botanical art prints and sculpture. It's a large property with extensive grounds and an excellent breakfast buffet (complimentary to all guests) with nearly everything you could think of. Made to order eggs, pastry, excellent fruit and salad sections. You can sit out on the lake in the shade and enjoy your breakfast.

The hotel offers a 24 hour menu in their lobby lounge with a nicely curated selection of choices, including ice cream counter and baklava counter. There is an enormous indoor pool that is modern and clean with clean locker rooms and outside patio seating along the lake to relax on. Rooms and suites are entirely new and offer views of the mountains or lakes. Some suites have large balconies and most, if not all rooms, offer balconies.

As globalists, we were offered a suite that was spacious and comfortable. There is no club lounge as this is a resort. There was not a welcome amenity. There was an on-duty manager who was present and proactively interested in feedback about the hotel and was aware of most of the (expected) issues a brand new hotel might face, with planned resolution in the coming week or two for nearly all of them.

This is an excellent hotel for a mountain getaway in a gorgeous spot with elegant surroundings, a great breakfast, fun pool, and solid spa offerings. We are looking forward to seeing how it grows and matures in future stays!

It's really not good food at all. Two and a half hors delay with the room at check-in.

Good place, but a little bit expensive for ordinary people

I had a most enjoyable time here - beautiful surroundings, great view and absolutely amazing food.

On the negative side - the spa isn't very well maintained. It is required to wear a swimming cap in the pool, but they don't tell you about this upfront and you have to buy cap from the shop in the spa center which costs 6 BGN.

I would highly recommend booking a room with lake view - it is a bit more expensive, but totally worth it.

Our stay was very satisfying. We had delicious breakfast and dinner with an amazing and calming lake view. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and the hotel had every COVID-19 precautions.
I wish the diner had more options but I fully understand it depends on the business of the hotel.

Perfect spot for family trip or teambuilding events. The food was delicious, the rooms are nice and clean. This place has lots to offer, when it comes to spa procedures, swimming pools, tennis, golf and many more. The personnel was really professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is seeking for quality.

What a great place! We have always admired it from the highway on our way to and from Sofia. Glad we finally decided to check it out! Nice modern facility with everything you could possibly need or want. Our 1 night option included dinner and breakfast. Not sure if they have other options, but that was perfect for the price!

Very nice hotel resort with awesome view and interior. Rooms are large, clean, comfort beds and all the needed amenities. The floor in the bathroom is heated!
The staff is typical for Bulgaria - a little bit rude, doesn't smile but will listen and comply to your needs.

Really exceptional place! The hotel, the environment, the service! The Spa center is perfect, and the cook of the restorant is top of the top. I appreciate the efforts of the management and all the staff because behind every wonderful result is staying hard work for sure. Wish them to continue to maintain the high level and quality.

Definitely worth the money! The rooms are big and comfortable. The beds are great and the bathroom is wonderful. We had a great nights sleep with beautiful views to wake up to. The buffet dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The staff was friendly and nice. Will definitely go back

Absolutely stunning hotel in stunning location with lake and mountain views. Food absolutely spot on. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Only downside I would say is poor service by head bar attendant, felt almost as if was putting him out asking for drinks, didn't notice we had finished drinks at all and just didn't make any effort. I am far from fussy but just seemed like he had a bad attitude. Maybe just had a bad day but when you are on holiday you are paying for a service with a smile. Not really rocket science, you should be happy and friendly doing your job especially if you are a barman, that is part of your job. If you aren't happy do something else you enjoy. Bearing in mind how stunning surroundings and hotel are this just spoiled what was a perfect experience slightly. Maybe I'm being a bit picky but everything else with hotel is spot on.

Located in Riu which is 40~50 min from Sofia.
It's a resort and a hotel, which has rooms of hotel or condominium style(traditional) and 2 story-villa as well.
Quite nice atmosphere surrounded by greens and lake. You can enjoy full rest here with spa, pool and playing golf.
Foods served for breakfast and dinner are somewhat good and unbelievably cheap.(which is normal in Bulgaria).
It doest not have an city-side location but very nice with fresh air and peaceful scenes.
Quite recommended!

It deserves at least one more star than its current four.

If you plan on going there, don't hesitate to book a room with a lake view.
