Museum of Illusions

A place you should visit for sure if you travel in Veliko. The museum has five floors with very interesting illusions. Also, every illusion have a description which includes insuctions about how you should look at the imagine and so on, but the most beautiful thing about this place is that the workers are very nice, they’ll help u taking photos and explain everything. I loved that the descriptions are not only written in bulgarian, but also in romanian.

Visited today and it was interesting to see. Felt small, maybe only because we have already been to other museum of illusion. We had fun of about 30 min. Very friendly personal and ready to assist you.45lv for family of 4

A nice experience that you can have in Veliko Tarnovo. There are lots of interesting illusions, divided in 4 floors. There is also an area where you can test yourself some paradoxes. Interesting.

Some of the illusions really can trick your eyes. They have 5 floors with different things to see and try. The staff was friendly and even helped with the pictures, because I went alone. I really enjoyed it and definitely recommend especially if you're with kids and wonder where to take them

The museum was an unexpected experience which we enjoyed for more than one hour. My daughter was delighted.
I found here some known illusions, but also some new ones (at least for me).
The staff is friendly and they could teach you more about the exhibits.
Also there are explanations in Romanian about the exhibits. (Greetings from Bucharest! )

It's a good place to spend an hour with the kids. The staff are polite. It has 2 floors, a bit cramped though. Every illusion has a description written next to it so one can understand how to see it or how to take a picture of that illusion. It's better to go as a pair, as many illusions need 2 people to get a good picture.

The kaleidoscope room was the coolest!! Ry’anna was very helpful with pictures. Everyone we interacted with was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Verry friendly stuff. You can ask anything more than the description offers and you will get an answer - for free. They had a problem with POS at the time, but they are flexible with money. They accept Leva, Euro and Lei. The museum presents many interesting items. There is a descreption in English/Bulgarian/Romanian. Free of charge to take pictures. Kids and us loved it and enjoy it. Definetly recommend it!

Amazing place in Veliko, the staff was very friendly and explained us all the places inside the museum and showed us how we could take good pictures using the right perspectives
