Veliko Tirnova is an excellent hotel where you can have a holiday with your family, with its excellent view, wonderful food and friendly staff, where the history is clearly felt, and it also offers à la carte restaurant service. You can find everything you are looking for with its rich menu varieties, soup of the day, kebabs, grills, pan-fried dishes, pizzas, pastas and salads, delicious desserts. Recommended I do

Great location with a wonderful view of Veliko Tarnovo. If you’re staying here please check out their restaurant as well - they have some of the best food in Arbanasi. I highly recommend the chicken skewers and the pork neck! Absolutely delicious!

A really lovely place, would definitely visit again. The constant music in the restaurant and around the pool was kind of annoying considering we are in the mountains and I would have liked to enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature, but other than that small annoyance I enjoyed my stay.

Location is top. View is awesome. Service is very good. Food in the restaurant is also good. The rooms are with old furniture but still very clean.

Incredible view, spotlessly clean rooms and hotel areas, panoramic location, quiet during our visit, staff very accommodating. The pool area is week kept with ample beds and umbrellas. Excellent value for money.

Great hotel, may say hotel complex, in the aye catching ancient village high above Veliko Trnovo. Excellent service, tasty food, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Large selection of drinks too. Large and sparkly clean rooms with terraces providing magnificent view. Highly recommended 👍👍

I will most surely return! Gorgeous view, great bar; nice personal and Arbanasi is a truly delightful and quiet village! Add the view from this hotel's terrace and you get a very nice combo!

The place have the best positioning, normal restauramt and breakfast and big rooms with all you need. At the pool are a lot of bees and you run all the day because they will sting you, they need to do something with this. Jacuzzi not working, and the sauna if you are lucky.

The receptionist was receptive and resolved all our problems.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view is spectacular ! I definitely recommend the pizza restaurant, it is very cozy and the food is delicious !

The review is for the restaurant and the view! A terrace with a super nice view, compliant service, good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel seemed pretty ok for those with children. Playground for the little ones, the pool is quite neat!

My review refers only to the restaurant, I do not know the hotel. It has a breathtaking view of Veliko Ternovo, the mountains surrounding it and the whole valley underneath. They served THE BEST LAMB I ate throughout my whole stay in Bulgaria, and one of the best EVER. My kids came several months afterwards upon my recommendation, and they still think their lamb is delicious.

Location is good, very big complex with a lot of business halls.
