Complex Uva Nestum Wine & SPA

This is an exceptional hotel complex with first-class service, an excellent spa and a restaurant where you want to try all the food, most of which is prepared with products from their own farm. There is also a small cellar in the complex, where the wines are of very high quality - Rubin Reserva 2020 is a must-try. The staff is well trained, smiling and helpful. Five stars, no compromises!

We visited just the restaurant and I can recommend it! The food was very tasty, service was very good!

Everything was excellent! The room was clean… they had cleaned it everyday and they had changed sheets and towels everyday too. The restaurant had offered delicious food. They have their own wine brand and they are really good 👍! The SPA Center wasn’t very big but there was a warm water pool, sauna and it was clean.

A cathedral in the desert ? Magnificent complex, where every detail seems to have been thought about to achieve excellence. The hotel is from 2016 and feels brand new. Spacious, exclusive, serene, intimate. The spa and the open sky indoor pool induce deep relaxation. The restaurant experience was truly amazing as well. Most products are originating in-house. And friendly priced. There is also a small production of wine well worth discovering. The property and its various life species can also be visited to appreciate the depth of this brave endeavour.

I can highly recommend this place! The view is spectacular and the design of the place is second to none. Excellent service and great rooms with nice gimmicks (TV in the mirror or jacuzzi in the bath tub). The restaurant serves great food as well and especially the self made wines can be recommended. All amenities such as SPA, sports, pool, etc are of high quality. As there are only a few rooms, the place never feels crowded.

At the restaurant the food is delicious and the service is professional and fast.
There are welcome sweets and water in the room.
Outside there are football playground and tennis court, a small zoo and a lovely small park.

The place is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. You are welcomed with some fruits in the room, the mini bar is free and you kindly get some goodnight candies every night :)

The restaurant, spa and fitness centers are also top.

A wonderful place for rest and relaxation, with its own production of boutique wine. Part of the food offered in the restaurant is produced on its own farm in the hotel complex. The staff is excellent and friendly. The water in the pool is not mineral and is cold, but in the summer months this is not a problem. Large outdoor pool!

I just spent 2 nights there with 2 other families. Everything was perfect! I live in Bulgaria since years and I have rarely seen such a service. Room and hotel new and clean, food excellent, including the breakfast buffet, Pool and spa center perfect and very very friendly staff. If you have kids, lots to do for them as well: kids club, animals, toys around the swimming pool.... I will definitely come back!

Who would expect this lovely place in Gotse Delchev?!?! Not the typical Bulgarian menu... and REALLY lovely wine!

Unique place. The whole place is like an art composition. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very good. The pool is very clean. There are hot tube, sauna, stream room and a salt room. The dinner was very tasty. The room were clean and the lights were very cool. The view was wow. My overall experience was one of the best I have ever had. You should try their wine.

Excellent service, very friendly and nice staff, cozy atmosphere, delicious meals. The temperature in the hotel is highish, you can go around in short sleeves. The only sort of not that positive feedback is regarding the music in the restaurant. Whenever there is live or recorded music playing it sounds a little bit noisy and you hardly hear your company at the table.

Very beautiful hotel, SPA, complex and park! The building inside is filled with sunlight because of the glass roofs of the coridors. The apartments have their terrace directly in the pretty garden. And not to forget the own winery and selections. Staying there worths every cent!

Great Hotel! We were all very happy with the service and the hotel itself. The rooms are nice and spacey. We had sweets every day in the room and the cleaning lady was really thoughtfull. The breakfast was really nice with feuits and vegetables from the area. When breakfast comes to an end, ypu can ask for stuff that us empty, vut they will not fill up everything to avoid food waste. The restaurant has really nice options for dinner. The park around the hotel is also very nice for a walk. You can book all kind of treatments like massages or facials. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and also a fitness centre. We also booked a wine tasting, which doesn't cost too much.

I've been visiting the restaurant in the past three years and it is has always maintained it's high standards of food and service. If any restaurant in Bulgaria should be considered for a Michelin star, this one must be on the shortlist.

We spent New Year's Eve at Uva Nestum. The building is contemporary, build with high-quality materials and sparkly clean. The room was spacious and very well equipped (minibar, electric kettle, luxury toiletries, scale, ironing board, wine opener and glasses). Each evening, a chocolate candy was put on our pillows as a compliment. The spa facilities are not large, but clean and were not crowded. Bathrobes were provided in the room and at the spa reception. The inside pool had plenty of sunlight entering through the glass ceiling. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is just outside the town of Gotse Delchev and despite that most of the rooms overlook the road, the sound insulation is very good and outside noise cannot be hear. The breakfast buffet was good, not abundant, but ingredients were high-quality ones. I did not like that the New Year's menu was inconsistent: starting with a citrus shrimp salad and warm fish as a starter and continuing with pork and beef dishes. It would be better if guests could choose between different menu offerings or choose dishes that complement each other better. I would also recommend to expand the wine tours as we were able to taste only the wine of the house variety.

Cuddled in between several mountains with its endless fields of greatly looked after greenery, vineyards, flowers and bushes the park offers breathtaking views and various ways to get active. Regardless of whether you are up for some sports and swimming or a lazy relaxing time at the spa centre you will be able to enjoy it there. The region is rich of places worth visiting (the villages of Kovachevitsa, Leshten and Delchevo to name a few) and Uva Nestum could be a great starting point for one-day trips around.
Food at the restaurant is fresh with delicious home grown fruits and vegetables. The walnut cake is a must. The tastiest desert I have ever tried. The house has their own wine production. We tasted all their varieties. My personal favourite is the rose wine.
Rooms were impeccably clean with multiple gestures to make you feel special and welcome. I appreciated the quietness at night and the opportunity to wake up by birds singing for a change. That, coupled with the spacious rooms and the hyper comfy beds, guaranteed for a fresh start.
Overall, the hotel is managed with the highest attention to detail. Guests are guaranteed to have all their needs met. We even had a transfer from/to the town of Gotse Delchev, as we did not come by car.
I was offered my stay at Uva Nestum as a birthday present. The team did their best to make it an unforgettable one.
