Aparthotel "Pine Hills"

I put the highest grade to this place as the staff was very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and nice with all the amenities one may need. They were spacious enough plus you could enjoy a beautiful mountain view 🏔. The breakfast 🥐 was awesome as we tried some divine 😋 home-made bakeries...it is always good to start your day with something so delicious! I would definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Pamporovo. I definitely recommend it as it is a true value for money.

Great rooms with kitchen with amazing views of the mountains.
We went in June so was almost empty as is mainly visited during the ski season. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, the breakfast was amazing and massive (loved the fact that was Rhodhope local food). The views from the rooms were stunning.

This place is a great choice! Stayed there for three days with 6 people and a infant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good but still, you need to do some walking to reach the ski lift. The staff will help you with shortcuts. Last, the prices were very reasonable even for high season. Traditional breakfast is included.

Great value for money! It's close to Snezhanka peak and around 10km from Smolyan. The balcony view is stunning, as seen in the pictures. The apartment inventory was OK, with independent airconditioning for the open plan kitchen and the bed room. There was just two hobs, fridge and sink, plus all necessary cutlery.

We have stayed in Pine Hills a couple of times. It has perfect location with close access to the tracks, the staff is very polite and helpful and the accommodation is quite nice. I definitely recommend it.

It's not near to the city center but it's on the lovely place near Snejanka peak (just 3km) and there is a lovely view. Also, the staff is very polite and friendly.

I can only give my best review to the most cosy hotel I've ever been to.The place has no restaurant and its the best food i ever had.You should come to share the best experience you can have.

Нам все понравилось! В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания семьёй- холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, плита, много посуды, одеяла. К нашему приезду апартамент прогрели, было очень тепло. Вид с балкона просто шикарный. В 10 мин на машине находится горка, где можно покататься с детьми на тюбинге, кафе и рестораны. Хозяева очень гостеприимные. Внизу есть мини ресторан, где можно покушать. В 30 мин езды на машине есть большие супермаркеты .Из минусов - находится на окраине. Пешком идти до центра очень далеко, нужно заказывать такси. Но мы обязательно вернёмся сюда снова!

Прекрасна природа, спокойствие и красота. Комплексът е красив, интериорът, градината, басейнът, всичко! Единствено на ресторанта не бих дала висока оценка. Като цяло съм доволна и бих го препоръчала и бих се върнала к удоволствие отново.

Стаята съответстваше на 100% на показаното на снимките, а човекът, който ни настани, беше много учтив и любезен.

Стаите са чисти и с добро отопление. Приемат домашни любимци. Персонала е вежлив и отзивчив.Обстановката в ресторанта е уютна. Храната е на добри цени, има интересни предложения и всичко е много вкусно. Препоръчвам!
