The hotel was great! The organization, cleanness, service and facilities were on four-star level. The food was amazing with great variety, well cooked and tasty . There 2 restaurants with great personnel and service (fast and friendly). We have arrived on 14th of February and there was prepared special celebrating program in the evening and a great atmosphere of love balloons and nice music around. There was a live music/DJ program in the pub in the evenings and great mood. Also, organization of the bus transfer to ski Malina was regular and the driver was polite. We are absolutely satisfied with the overall experience we had in the hotel! Well done. For sure we will come back!

Usually hotels have 5 stars and then in reality they are not even 4. Here is the opposite.
Food is great. If you are with children they have special program each evening.
All in all, great value for money.

We arrived at Orpheus at the end of January and had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is located in an enchanting setting with a forest and a superb view of the mountains, 5 minutes from the ski slope and with a free shuttle, but also close to restaurants and shops. It has comfortable, spacious and luxurious rooms with a breathtaking view.
We were greeted with a lot of kindness and friendliness, the animators play with the children and do dances, competitions, sports activities and various other fun games, training for adults, ski and snowboard school, making the hotel the ideal choice for families with children. In addition to the perfect location, Orpheus offers various activities, an excellent animation service for children, SPA center with sauna, swimming pool, themed evenings, games rooms for teenagers, fitness, entertainment every night with dancing, live band and folk dances.
In the hotel there are two restaurants that provide breakfast and dinner, with abundant, varied, delicious and fresh food, dreamy desserts decorated with great art, all served with elegance and professionalism, but also business meetings, conferences, teambuilding or company parties.
I recommend, we will be back!

This year there are great animators. Very nice boys and girls. They play with love with children and make a different activities every day.

We visited Pamporovo for the first time, and compared to other ski resorts that Bulgaria offers for parents of skiers and small children, Pamporovo is an excellent choice. Regarding the hotel, I can only speak positively. It boasts an excellent location, is impeccably clean, and offers perfect food. Kudos to the animators; they ensure children are never bored. Every evening, they organize dance parties and cinema sessions. However, I must note a minor issue with the staff in the restaurant and lobby bar; they appear visibly dissatisfied, displaying a lack of concentration and empathy, likely due to fatigue. This is something that should be addressed by the hotel manager. Additionally, as someone who enjoys using spa services, I found the pool to be too small for a hotel of this size, often overcrowded and with cold water, which isn't ideal for small children. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the massage service; while the masseuse was proficient, she seemed to lack the necessary finesse, indicating a potential need for further training.

Very clean and nice room with breathtaking view. The food was so delicious. Very friendly and professional staff. There were different activities not only for the children, but also for parents. location or the hotel is perfect. Great vacation!

The hotel has a very good location, it has regular ski shuttle but unfortunately there is no bus between 12:30 abd 15:00. The food is delicious and the animation service for the kids is at a very high level. We will definitely visit again.

Really good food at the restaurant, the room was good but the fridge didn't work

Just checked out again, we've stayed here before, love this hotel and the staff, lobby has been renovated since last year and looks slick! Food, service, entertainment for the kids, the lifts are a five minute walk away or there's a free shuttle transfer to other ski lifts. Well recommended

Hotel Orpheus is a hotel that I highly recommend to anyone looking for classy service,top pleasure from the atmosphere,the food,the interior,but above all from the attitude towards the customer.I am extremely impressed by every detail,by every action of the staff,extremely kind and responsive,and obviously the professional approach of the management.The animation for children and adults is on the top level(for me personally,they have no analog in Bulgaria).Wonderfull place for children!We are here for the fourth year and whit great desire we will visit it again,and again,and again!Big thanks to all the staff of hotel Orpheus!Stay healthy!

Everything was great as far as the hotel was concerned, the room was warm and clean, it's good that you can smoke on the 7th floor of the cafe, and the hotel has two restaurants, so if it's crowded in one, you can in the other, the food is varied and delicious, parking when you find a place do not move the car, in fact you do not need a car, the hotel has a ski bus that goes for 15 minutes. The pool is small for the hotel capacity, but there was always space, saunas are great. small in relation to what you all get.

This has to be one of the best hotels that I visited in Bulgaria. Staff was Absolutely amazing. Rooms were really nice and decorated very up to date. And the food... It is to die for. Just came back from The Bahamas and it's like eating McDonald's over there compared to this hotels block table(buffet)
Tons of Activities and tons of spa options including all the saunas and steam rooms you can imagine. A bar with free drinks until 10pm and a Ninja workout area for the kids outside the hotel in the parking lot.
I don't like to go back to places but this one... We will visit again and again!

We loved the hotel ! The rooms are very clean. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite! The hotel has very entertaining activities for kids so our stay was really peaceful and pleasant! We will visit again for sure! Thank you! ❤

What a marvelous place to stay in Pamporovo. Five minutes away from the ski slopes and all other activities in Pamporovo , this modern hotel offers everything you need to spend a winter holiday. Warm and updated apartment, wonderful restaurants with quality food, ski center with everything you need to hit the slopes, Couple of bars, numerous activities for the kids and excellent spa center with swimming pool, wire pool, sauna, steam bath, massages, etc..
The reception staff exceptionally helpful and accommodative - Irena was resolving all the caprices we had, and we had quite a few… Irena was fort-giving and professional, as part of a great hotel team, Orpheus has.
This is the second time we visit Pamporovo. Second time in Orpheus. And definitely not the last.

The best hotel in Pamporovo. The hotel offers relax and fun for everyone. Very cosy and clean, friendly staff, delicious food and a lot of activities for children.

The hotel animation is great-you can leave your kids to play (under professionals observation)all day long while enjoying the fantastic Spa centre.
