The PLACE for food lovers. We got an excellent green salad with chicken and mango, shrimps and the amazing dry-aged pork chops. The dessert was an awesome cake with pistachio and white chocolate. For drinks they offer a great variety of local wines and local craft beer (highly recommend craft beer with pumpkin flavor).

We know it was good, but it goes above all expectations. We got pampered from the 1st minute we got in till the last minute we walked out. Many thanks to Milen and his team for this unforgettable memory ❤.
To bad Michelin never noticed this restaurant, otherwise they gave it a 🌟 .
Highly recommended and if we ever visit Jambol again, 200% we come back. Used ingredients are fresh, taste is excellent and the service is above all standards.

When you enter this wonderful restaurant, you enter a warm, friendly environment and are greeted sincerely by the owner.

What follows is a conversation about the restaurant, its history, the menu and ingredients are explained passionately and in detail.

This symphony of 3 parts consisted of salads, a complementary plate of cold cuts, and a main dish, all conducted excellently by the owner who explained every part.

After excellent coffee and some more chat, we left with handshakes, feeling we made a new friend.

Had such an unbelievably fun experience. The atmosphere was so fun and the staff were amazing. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

This might actually be my favorite restaurant in all of Bulgaria! The food is amazing with very high quality of ingredients, also the menu gets updated often so you can always find something new and interesting to try. The decor is cozy, modern and peculiar (in a nice way) and the quality of service is exceptional. It's worth going to Yambol just to eat here. Well done for creating and running such an awesome place, I can't wait to be back!

The place was welcoming, Milen was our server he was so friendly and made me feel at home. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The meat was so tender melted in my mouth. Seasoned to heavenly status. The beer was so good I can’t describe it. Overall highly recommend will definitely be coming back

We were so fortunate to find this restaurant because it’s one of the best we have EVER been. Such quality of service is not met in Bulgaria anywhere. The staff is outstanding and I can’t give enough superlatives to them, this incredibly underlines the fine and exquisite dishes they cook and serve. On top of that it’s so stylish, calm and cozy inside.
Definitely already a favourite restaurant and must go if we’re in the area.

Coming back to my birthplace and finding this amazing place is heartwarming. The owner is amazing, and the food is delicious. If you are interested in the history of zepelin flights ask about the book that is there and dive in the story of the yambol zepellin

Recently dined at "По ноти" and it exceeded all expectations. The ambience radiated sophistication, and the menu showcased a fusion of innovative and traditional dishes crafted with precision. Impeccable service, sustainable practices, and a memorable culinary journey make this restaurant a must-visit.

An excellent place to have dinner. The interior decor is excellent and very stylized.

The menu itself isn't big (compared to кръчми in the town) but the food I've eaten from it is always great. I've had the bolognese pasta, most pizzas and the mango chicken salad. All are excellent choices and very tasty. There is also some very interesting beer. The dessert choices are also varied and very tasty.

My only complaint is that it gets a bit too loud so you might have to raise your voice for your companions to be able to hear you. I'm not sure if it's the hall arrangement or if the music was too loud. But the rest of the atmosphere is great - the lighting, the tables, the decor on the walls.

P.S. There is also a bar right at the entrance

Definitely the best place in the town. The food is absolutely amazing- well prepared, simple, with high quality products and super tasty. Great selection of local wines. The kids can prepare their pizza together with the pizza master. The service is perfect, the manager of the place and his team make you feel like you’re their special guest. I really enjoyed the whole experience- the food, the service and the atmosphere.

Amazing place! Outstanding! Its like a delicious gem in the heart of Jambol. If you love to eat great food definitely this is the place! Every meal is cooked with so much love, taste and precision it gives you good feelings with every bite!
The atmosphere is marvellous and cozy - right from the start you feel like you belong there and its like a home. The service is perfect with respect to the clients, and with so much cherish to the kids! And if you want to know how to cook as good as them, ask the owner - he will gladly tell you the secrets 😊

THE BEST RESTAURANT IN TOWN!!!.The owner of this restaurant Milen build this restaurant with he’s non traditional mentality and understanding European culture so grate, that every time I come back from the beginning he opened he’s doors , I enjoy every second In ,with amazing choices of the wines and cocktails he offers and not to speak of the fine cost deliciousness of food he offers, every single time he can surprise me with something new on the menu with is mouth watering delicious.Mentioning Milen’s understanding European mentality is also the best what makes this restaurant so grate ,fallowing Milen’s work ethic and process true the years, it makes you wanting to go back for dinner and drinks, every time when I’m in town ,because not only for the delicious food and drinks but he welcomes you and makes you feel as family.I can’t wait for the summer to come back!

I'm so glad we found this place on our way to the sea. The food was excellent and we also liked the casual and artistic design. Caprese salad used very fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. The beef cheeks were so tender and tasty. The pesto pasta could use more pesto and flavor, but overall we had a great meal and would love to visit again.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. One of the top in Bulgaria, so it happens it’s in Yambol. Fabulous food, great atmosphere, wonderful hospitality. Very kid- and family-friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Amazing place, unexpected to find in Yambol. The pizza is done nicely, service, interior and hygiene on a very high level. Beer is sourced locally, ruby and pale options available, berry wine, deli products too. Kids are more than welcomed, we were there with a toddler, he went running around everywhere, no issues.

This restaurant is decorated beautifully and fun! Atmosphere is great and wholesome! And the staff is very welcoming and kind! The food is impressively cooked with very memorable flavor! Love love love this place!

Hands down best dry cured pork chop I've ever had. The gentleman in charge had a big impact on the whole experience, being very friendly, talkative and overall great guy. Perfect central location with pleasant air and top notch furniture. Bohemian vibes all-round.

Had dinner here many times. Very delicious food and extremely friendly restaurant owner. Made me feel very welcome every time I came there.

Menu is only in Bulgarian, but the restaurant owner will perfectly explain the menu in English to you. So my only feedback for the restaurant would be to also have an English menu to make it a bit easier.
