We had a family dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and not so expensive.

The hotel is clean and well maintained and it's situated in a beautiful and quiet area. The staff is friendly and polite. The receptionist gave us tips on what places to see around Vratza and in general was very welcoming. We had rented an apartment and liked it a lot as it was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Even though the hotel will not be considered by some people luxurious, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The hotel is also dog friendly.

A very nice hotel, the view is superb, very good traditional Bulgarian food, good service, the ambiance was very nice - including live music. It's value for the money, and more.

Great food and even greater venue. You can have local music alongside the dishes and you can be placed either outside by the pond or inside at a.more secluded environment.

Idk about the Hotel but the kitchen here is great. They have a wide variety of foods on the menu. The location is lovely, in the mountain with a pound and ducks (Artin is the best duck)

Ideal hotel if you want to explore Vratsa nature! Decent rooms, friendly and attentive staff, basic breakfast. The hotel’s restaurant is of exquisite quality, especially its grilled dishes.

Inside was very nice and the food was great. Actually the pumpkin banitsa was the best I ever had. The view from the windows is of course absolutely amazing.

Nice people, very tasty food. They have good wine, have weiss, Pale ale beer...Fantastic and cosy place, with a wonderful view and cave there *-*

When you stay in Vratsa, choose this one. The only drawback is that it is far from the city center while everything else is perfect - rooms, service, food in the restaurant, location in the mountains with beautiful nature...

Amazing place in the mountains, good food very good service

We messed up our reservation by our own mistake, but staff at reception was very friendly and did everything to find us a solution.
