Overall I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are very well designed and look very modern 5/5. The service on the reception and the staff in general are very friendly and supportive 5/5. The location is top center 5/5 and they have own parking although it is paid and sometimes full 4/5.
For me the only downside was the highly unprofessional staff working on the breakfast buffet. Two girls aged below 20 who do not speak any language other then Bulgarian and the only English speaking guy who answers with "what's up" when asked for something 2/5.
This is no deal breaker however and the other good points out the hotel fully compensate for this minor setback.

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Burgas hotel is nice quiet and clean place. Even it looks little dusty, more like three stars, it will serve you like five star and even more.
For those who don't have time to read long, I'll make it short it's worth the every cent of your money and even more.
We got hot water at the moment we open valves. We had excellent WiFi that it's code was type on a card they gave us. We didn't have to ask or beg for it.
We had half board program, so let's talk about Breakfast. It was good. Simple and good. Three days I feel so good to seat on six floor watch port right ahead, and eat.
The hotel is smoking free.
There are few poit to be improved, but for 62€ for a night we recieved a lot!
Things that are better to be improved: refill coffee and sugar every day in rooms.
Things that might contributed:
Toaster instead of press toaster, (Arabic) Halva.

The restaurant was really good the food was delicious would recomend

Хороший отель. Чистый приятный номер с 2 кроватями. Хорошее месторасположение,в сторону от туристической пешеходной торговой зоны,по этому тихо. Нам тут нравится. Могу рекомендовать.

Прекрасное местоположение. Рядом авто и жд вокзал. Номер чистый аккуратный. Есть завтраки. Всё свежее. Один минус маленький балкон. Вид с окна хороший, видно порт и некоторые старинные здания. Всё понравилось, спасибо

Чудесна локация! Навсякъде чистотата е на високо ниво. Много любезен персонал, персонално дамата на рецепция - Жанета Стоева.

Harikaydi! Mukemmel konukseverlik, harika oda manzarasi, temiz yataklar ile verdigim paranin kurusu kurusuna degdi. Kahvaltida cesit cesit bulgar kahvaltisi veriliyor. Her yere de yakin. Tek sorun banyolardaki sac kurutma makinesi yoktu. Ona ragmen cok memnun kaldim tavsiye ederim.

Fiyat uygun 2 gece 2 kisi 180 leva, tertemiz, odalarda sigara icilmiyor cezasi 200 euro...( Ki cok guzel bir ozellik sinmis sigara kokusunda kalmiyorsunuz) begendim ben...

Отлично място, тихо, спокойно на ключово място в града. Няма отлична гледка, но обслужването е отлично. Мил любезен и компетентен персонал. Уютно място идеално за почивка. В близост до центъра, морска градина и морска гара. Безспорен лулс и отлично обслужване. Снабдено с асансьор и вход за инвалиди.
