Amazing park, very beautiful, the lake is full of carp fish, many benches to sit on, children's playground in the park, plenty of parking nearby.

One of the best maintained parks in Bulgaria.
Though the waterfall is a bit weird.

The park is big that is good for the kids to play and adulth to do some exercises like legs and arms exercises not only by just walking and running around the park also it just 1 minute to walk to the theatre and the center of montana where are all kind of shops.

Talk about serendipity! I was with a tour coming back from Belogradchik fortress in northwest Bulgaria, and looking for a place to grab lunch, we just happened to stop in Montana (Монтана). I was amused since I have relatives who live in the US state. Much of the town is old communist era style, but they have a charming city center nestled in a park straddling a stream with lovely willows and other lovely trees gracing its banks. We had very simple (and very inexpensive) fare at a cute cafe. As cool as the fortress was, this unexpected stop sorta stole the show.

I spent a couple of hours in this nice and green atmosphere in the middle of the town. It was a great escape from the heat with its trees and its small lake. There are plenty of playgrounds, too.

Clean, children friendly, nice for a walk and relax. You can seat and have a coffee or grab a snack . The restaurant looks wonderful and can't wait for the next time to visit it :)

The park is nice, in the city center, next to the theater. If you want to relax, hide from the summer heat, seat at one of the small cafes, or walk/exercise - this is a good place for that.

Nice park for a walk with kids. Interesting playgrounds and the lake are main attractions.
