Beautiful view on the terrace.
Even though it says city view, there are more greenery than buildings.
All is good.

The restaurant has quite loud music, so I did enjoy the city view side. Instead of the reservoir view.

If it were possible I'd give this hotel 10 stars. Really warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and hospitable people. Lovely rooms at unbelievably low prices, with quality home made food at the restaurant. The view across the lake is like a picture painting and worth 5 stars on it's own. Thank you!

We were in a luxury appartment in the hotel and I liked the fact that the main room was so big and spacious. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The bed was really big and comfortable. The place is pet friendly so we were able to bring our labrador with us. The breakfast was very tasty and thw staff was very frindly and helping with advises, reccomendations and really welciming. The only thing missing was that there was no cleaning staff, which can be a priblwm for a longer stay. We were there for three night so we managed. Apparently the cleaning lady was not fully employed may be because of the low seasin due to the covid situation this year, however it is no excuse evwb if you have only two rooms booked. Other than that we had a great time in the hotel and will remember the view for a long long time.

Located at a wonderful view point. Calm and peaci.

In-house restaurant is great place to have dinner and end the day.

Very friendly hosts and staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable facilities and amazing view from the balcony and the restaurant. The surroundings are very nice, Dospat is a very beautiful and neat town. The nature around is amazing for hiking, picknicking or just relaxing. The food in the restaurant is tasty and totally affordable, both the breakfast and the dinner.

We traveled as a family with two small kids, and the apartment was super comfortable. It consists of two separate rooms that share a hall, a bathroom and a balcony. I read some complaints that the hotel doesn't offer amusement for kids and is very basic. This is not what this place and Dospat are about in general so if you are looking for commercial entertainment you're at the wrong address. Instead, it's excellent for exploring the amazing nature of the Rhodopi mountain, making day trips, relaxing on the balcony overlooking the reservoir, and receiving warm and yet non-intrusive service.

Perfect location, beautiful view that you can contemplate for hours, days. Very friendly staff and good cuisine - try the Patatnik dish and the Tutla desert. Interesting decor. Highly recommended.

This view from the terrace over the lake looks like in Norway. And the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. This may be because the hotel was open for only 15 day but I hope it persists. Great place!

Best hotel, best breakfast in Dospat!

This is my 4th stay there and I still can't say enough about the hosts, people who manage the hotel and the stunning views from the hotel. I can only say that this absolutely my FIRST choice when it comes to vacation. Special thanks to Shukri and Kapka for the great service, food and warm welcome as always.

Astonishing view from the terrace! Friendly staff and clean rooms too. That was my first time when I saw a hotel room without a fridge.
