Seven Generations Winery Hotel

A fantastic restaurant. A little out of the main town but well worth the trip. The food was superb, service was excellent and as expected, a big selection of wines. The owner Luben is happy to chat with you. The views of the vineyard and Romania in the distance are fantastic. Slightly more expensive than some other restaurants but reassuringly expensive. There were 6 of us...... 2 courses plus 2 rounds of drinks......316 lev, £140.

During our weekend stay at this place, we were absolutely delighted by the exceptional experience it offered. The accommodations were in excellent condition, from the comfortable bedding to the well-maintained rooms. The highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed with the best mattress and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep.

The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious and flavorsome food. The attentive waitress provided excellent service, showing kindness and attentiveness throughout our dining experience.

As two families with three kids, we also had a fantastic time at the pool. The facilities were well-maintained, and the pool provided a perfect setting for quality family time.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality and attention to detail at this place. It made our weekend truly memorable, and we highly recommend it for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing multi-course meal with wine pairings. One of the best meals ever.

Lovely place, with a great view, and friendly people!
The wine was great, also the food. The traditional Bulgarian dishes are wonderful! The whole restaurant is clean (also the toilets!) and nicely decorated.
I recommend this place, it's good to bring kids, nice for walks in the nature or for a bike trip.
The outdoor swimming pool is nice, but only during the summer. 😁 We'll be back soon.

It´s the perfect place to disconnect. We had a fabulous 3 days stay, with my parents and partner. It´s absolutely awesome location with a great view of the Danube and the hills. Good wine, I enjoyed the white one, but I´m not a connoisseur. I really want to repeat this experience! By the way, they have an awesome Spa Area! The restaurant serve a very big variety of local and international food!

great place , nice service and delicious food. The view from the restaurant is great. Good for romantic dinners at the restaurant or small vacations at the hotel. The only negatives can be the insects, because the place is near to the winary , but this is nature , cant do nothing about it.

The way to get a 5star from me is: over deliver. If you are staying, make sure to get room 23 with stunning views over the rolling hills and the Danube in the background. Look at the gorgeous sunset 🔥🔥🔥

Be aware: the restaurant is popular with the locals and at weekend becomes very busy.

You must try the 5 course tasting! The food-wine pairing is incredible. Duck breast with Merlot, pork medalion with 2012 Cabernet Sauvigon. Wow!
The rooms are big, the shower has 2 zones, and the view of the Danube and vineyard is just perfect!

Wonderful place. Beautiful views and tasty wine. The rooms are awesome too - one of the best beds I have ever slept on. We did not manage to try the pool and the SPA, but I am definately coming back.

Fantastic views and atmosphere. The food is also incredible, plus the staff is genuinely friendly. Have been here a few years ago to have dinner and are now back again. Does not disappoint and highly recommend. Oh if you love wine…you’re good here :)

With only a single star, this place has more charm, character and quality than most 5-star places in Bulgaria.

If you're looking for amazing, breath-taking views, good food and excellent wine, this is the place. I've been here a few times over the course of a year, and this place just keeps getting better and better.

Huge portions of food, very tasty and diverse and vegan/vegetarian options

Good wifi reception
Awesome service and very kind people
Lots of animals!
Double showers!

Cons: very far from closest city/shop - bring your own cigarettes and such
Wine not that great (although it is a winery)

Overall, i highly recommend it, mostly for warm days and warm seasons.

It was one of the best places I've ever been to. The view was amazing and the food was uniquely delicious, the service was high levels, I will visit this place again at the first opportunity.

Beautiful winery with very friendly staff. The rolling hills go on to the Danube. Swimming pool is a great for the kids. They have rabbits, goslings, ponys for kids to see and in our case hold which went over great.

The food is good and nice selection of wine. Saw two wedding while we were here.

This hotel is much better than any five star hotel that I have seen in Bulgaria. Plenty of space, great rooms, love for details, generous extras like free mineral water or espresso and friendly staff for a more than a modest price - if in Ruse that is your choice. There is even a pet zoo for children with rabbits, donkeys, hens, dogs and so on... Be aware that at the weekends it might get noisy when there are weddings. And as it is a wineyard there is work going on which might also be noisy. But that are minor complaints.

A very hospital place. I had a great pleasure of meeting the owner family. Mr Rabchev with his family and staff have done a wonderful job by creating the vinary resort in a superb location surrounded by breathtaking nature.

Beautifully located, gorgeous view and great menu choices! Wine is also delicious, can not wait to try more of the different grapes. Definitely will be returning!

Super location overlooking the winery and the Donau river.
Good food and wines of course.
The current owners, in the 80-th, still eat there everyday themselves so that proves dedication and trust.
The beds are one of the best I experienced in my life, sleeping quite and relaxed.
Last but not least, very professional and friendly staff.
Will return for sure!
