Very good food, the waiters were all very attentive, the service was fast. I ordered the pork ribs, and they were huge and delicious. A very good selection of wines, the waiter recommended a great one, that I enjoyed a lot.
It is rather difficult to make a reservation at this restaurant because it is well known for its food and atmosphere, so I had to book it two days in advance, but it was worth it.

Had lunch there three days in a row - tasty food, friendly prices, friendly staff, nice design & atmosphere, and never crowded. And food arrived pleasingly quick, regardless of what we've ordered.
A great place to really enjoy your food without all the noise of the more popular places in the resort.

If you are looking for high quality fusion Mediterranean cuisine and a top notch service Salute is your place in Pamporovo. Friendly and prompt staff and always good vibes. Their new seasonal menu is to die for. You definitely need to try “kachamak”. We have been regulars every winter when we go skiing in the resort. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to have dinner at. Food is delicious. I loved the music and the atmosphere. We had a little problem with one of the waiters but we had a good compliment at the end. After all it’s a good restaurant in Grand Monastery Pamporovo

Great food, reasonable prices, big portions, and extremely friendly stuff. We have visited this restaurant every year for 4 years already and it remains our favorite option for dinner in the area.

I love this place! One of the best places to wine and dine in Pamporovo. Service is impeccable. Everything I’ve eaten there is freshly made and locally sourced.

Everything was fantastic!
The atmosphere, the live music, the perfect service and of course the amazing food!
We were a company of two couples and we had the salad with the goat cheese, the fried liver (amazing!!!), Turkish bread and garlic bread, one rib eye, one t - bone stake, one risotto with porcini, and one chicken curry.
These were accompanies with fine Bulgarian red wine.
Everything was fantastic!!!
This was our first time here and we will definitely spend some more nights here!!!

It was a fantastic experience. The food was very good and the service excellent. You can pay by card, not only cash. The menu is varied, and includes many options for those who do not eat meat.

We needed a decent place to eat at short notice for a party of 30 and they were very happto accomodate us.
Even with a large party to cater for the service was exceptional. The food was very good quality and the atmosphere was great.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were impressed by the devine food, warm service and friendly atmosphere. We tried Mix of fresh salads with coats cheese and nuts, Trio of hummus, avocado and cheese caviar as starters. Continued with Spinach risotto, Rabbit confit with potato purée in brown sauce, Roasted pork with crispy skin. At the end we ordered the roasted pumpkin with mascarpone creme and vanilla ice.
We highly recommend to visit Salute food and fun. We will come here again, for sure.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The food is really good and tasty, the waiters are kind and ready to help. The restaurant and atmosphere are nice and cozy. Overall experience in this restaurant was just perfect!

The meals are all very delicious. You can drink the best goulash soup in Pamporovonin.
