Excellent location and very comfortable, large and well equipped apartments for families! The staff is very nice and always ready to help you. We have visited The Castle several times and the level of service does not change. Excellent food restaurant, delicious food and huge portions!

Fantastic food, view, location - both of the hotel and the room. Excellent breakfast and dinner and definitely value for money.
The most remarkable peculiarity of the hotel is its personnel. They are extremely professional.

A beautiful hotel in close proximity to the ski slopes in the Rhodope mountains! We had a great experience at the in-house restaurant where they have thematic dinners. The Greek evening was a lot of fun, filled with great food and live music!

We only went here to hire quad bikes so can't really comment on the room's but the reception is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bedding snow white. Food in the restaurant delicious, especially recommend tongue with butter and manatarka, this is a mushroom. The lady who works at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She recommended places to go and attractions to see. We are looking forward to visit again.

On arrival we were nicely surprised to find in the apartment a lovely gesture left for us as a repeat guests - a complimentary fruit basket and a bottle of mineral water. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view to the slope 7. The kitchen was fully fitted with everything you need if you are too tired of the daily skiing and just want to enjoy a home meal and relaxing on the sofa – it has a large fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, you name it. The apart hotel has a very nice restaurant, which we used last year, however, this year we felt so tired after a full day of skiing that all our intentions to have a meal at the restaurant melted away.
As the weather was very cold on arrival our apartment was a bit cooler the first night. As soon as I reported this to the guy at the reception he was so proactive and organised his colleague to bring us logs and light the fire place in the apartment. The following morning the hotel team took extra care to ensure our apartment is nicely warm throughout our stay. Wi-fi in the apartment was at good speed, so we were very happy.
Breakfast in the restaurant offered plenty of choices to satisfy everyone’s taste (Continental, full English except baked beans), traditional Bulgarian), good quality was very good and the restaurant staff were nice and polite.
There was plenty of car parking spaces at the hotel car park and the staff directed us where to park.
Once again the biggest credit to this place is the friendly and efficient staff, as always nothing was trouble for them and they communicated so well between each other to ensure our smooth stay. Thank you to all the team at the hotel!

Great location, right next to the slope. You can hop on your skis and get to the lift station in less than 2min, but it's still quiet at night. The restaurant is very good too. You don't need much more than that actually.

A nice apartments hotel. It's very close to the ski track 7, so you can ski down to the lift There is a place to keep your ski at the hotel. The rooms are nice and warm.

We've stayed at the Castle hotel for several years is a row and we love it. The suites are a good size and perfect for a couple or a family with kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
