Hotel Iva & Elena

Great location, you can set foot outside the door and you are practically on the pistes next to the lift. The rooms are very clean and warm, the staff is mannered/polite. Perfect location. There is a mini supermarket right outside the door (10 meters). The breakfast is the same daily, but there is enough choice. The coffee is good! There is a sauna and a steam bath both clean and up to temperature, great to relax and loosen up your muscles after a day of ski/snowboarding. There is a whirlpool too but the water inside it seems a bit cold. We are here for a full week and so far we are very positive about this hotel.

Location is just perfect. The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴. Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo.
What I find really disappointing is the staff and the level of service which is close to 0. At 9 a.m. during breakfast in the restaurant was full with unserved dishes from the tables. When you ask the staff to clean a table for you, or bring bread, knives and etc. they turn angry saying that you will have to wait! The days we spent there made me be sure that this people hate the customers. From morning till afternoon the bar shelves are full with dirty glasses and cups, even though there are no customers. Honestly speaking I can’t recall more lazy and unmotivated staff.

I had my wedding here and it was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, understanding and professional. All guest and I loved the interior design, facilities and overall cozy and romantic feel of the place. It made our day truly special. I would recommend the hotel for any kind of even or casual holiday. Well done!

One of the best restaurants in town

I'm very happy with my experience at the hotel. I stayed in an apartment - it was large with two bedrooms and a living room. The hotel is a walking distance from the ski zone and the lifts and has it's own ski wardrobe and service. The staff is very friendly and competent. I recommend it.

Nice hotel with friendly employees. İn the middle of lifts and the pists.
Breakfast is good and the dinner is cheaper than the restaurants.
Rooms clean and big enough. Daily housekeeping.

Excellent Hotel
Super clean rooms, Friendly staff specially the lovely girl named Vily, less then 1 minute to slopes, no idea why the hotel is rated 3 star!!!!!!!!!!!!! looking forward to go there in sky season, definitely we recommend it .
