Restaurant Uniqato

The restaurant has a very fancy setup. You are greeted by very polite staff who know the menu inside out and recommend different things based on what you prefer. The food was very well made. The chicken fingers were very well breaded. The lasagna was a little dry around the edges but overall very tasty. I would definitely try the other things on the menu next time.

Pizza was amazing. We had a reservation that was only written on the small "Reserve tablet" on the table, not in the restaurant's reservations book and there was a little confusion. Nonetheless this was resolved pretty quickly and we had dinner.

One of the few restaurants in the city that still offer very good food and wine. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is very accommodating.

Beautiful interior. Service is spot on and food is so good I wish I could've eaten more. The menu has plenty of options for everyone. And the food comes perfectly prepared.
For the level of ingredients the prices are more than fair. It is located in the heart of the city.

Delicious food and really nice ambience - highly recommended.

We were heading from our trip in Greece to home and stopped at this nice place for a lunch. It was really enjoyable, the waiter from Republic of Moldova was cool. I will definitely stop there when I will pass through Bulgaria

One of the best restaurants in the city and that since many many years. If you want to visit better call before for a reservation as it's almost always full booked.

Delicious food, beautiful restaurant location! We had pasta, pizza and dessert. Very good! Definitely will come back if in the area.

Excellent restaurant. Have had the chance to eat here numerous times. Everything we have tried has been excellent, the salads, pizza (quatro fromage is my favourite), and many more choice. Prices are average. Nice cozy atmosphere, and they have menus in English, also many of the waiters speak English. Service is significantly faster than expected. There are so many options for all of their food items, I would think anyone would find something they like. Their cappuccinos are also excellent. If you are looking for a great place for lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong with Uniqato. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Only negative is the parking. Almost impossible to find a place to park on their narrow dead-end street. You would be better off parking on another street close to it and walking.

Excellent cuisine with italian flavor. Service is polite and efficient. The music in the background is totally unintruding, the whole place shows class. Not so inspired the desserts, though.

Found this amazing pearl during long walk in Stara Zagora.
Food is super tasty, service is friendly and all is clean and neat!
Music in the restaurant is good chosen as well.

Great place to stay! Very close to the central part of the city! The one thing you should care about is , if you are with a car! The parking area is in front of the hotel, and it's a blue zone! Enjoy!!!

We didn't use the hotel although we entered through it on our way to the restaurant. The staff was extremely polite and the waiter was kind and proficient. The menu is well arranged another wide varieties of food choices for any taste.

Oh man. So nice. These guys were so pleasant and the atmosphere was a far cry from the American “turn and burn” mentality of getting you to finish your meal as fast as possible so they can get another person in your seat and make more money. We had the table all night. Trout was amazing. Potatoes. Vitamin salad was so rich and the dressing rocked. Service was sweet. First rate. I’m going there next time.

Stoped 1 night on our way back to Romania. Great place ! Nice ambient , very friendly staff and a delicious cuisine. I totally recomend. I suggest the parmigiani sallad, pork ribs chops, grilled vegetables, and pork medallions with herbs butter. Try the Alexandra Estates Red friendly wine ! Enjoy your stay in Stara Zagora ! :))

Excellent and stylish ресторант in center of Stara Zagora but lack of good service. The food is also very delicious.

Great hotel! Clean, modern rooms and efficient, friendly staff. Both front desk people I met spoke good English.
There restaurant is also very good and white popular.
On a Thursday night it was packed all night. I had a duck dish that was very good.
