Shipment was really fast, and the package was really well made, so that the products I bought wouldn't get damaged. I really loved that aspect.
They also added a little gift and a thank you note with "thank you" in my language and my name, that was so cute!! I will buy from iPurple again in the future, for sure! Totally worth it.

I ordered 3 zb1 lightsticks, the service was great and it was very nicely packed, like I've never seen a package packet this safely with very hard tubes, so there was no way of it getting damaged. I'm very happy.🥰✨

My first time ordering here and I'm left with the most pleasant experience: packaging was great, everything came in a perfect condition, the albums were shipped way before the expected shipping date, moreover, when pre-ordering I left a note asking for a POB photocard of a specific idol really not expecting much from it, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out they did include it in the end.
