I recently ordered an English board game expansion from De Spelvogel to Germany. The price was good, the delivery was fast and they offered seamless online tracking of my package across both the Dutch and the German postage systems.

I'm very satisfied with this shop. The cardboard boxes used for shipping are of high quality and the contents within the box are nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. They ship very fast as well.

If your game is late but you received a notification from DPD, there is not much the company can do, delivery services in Belgium can be very unpredictable.

After much searching and failing to find stock of the Arkham Horror LCG "cycles" De Spelvogel were my saviour.

Despite some shipping challenges (not caused by the vendor - probably COVID related) I now have the game and I'm delighted to say all was in order.

I'd like to thank Justine and Robin for their lovely feedback related to the courier issues; it was a great personal touch, very reassuring, and I'm absolutely going to use them again for our gaming needs!

Mainly used the webshop for ordering boardgames. Received my boardgames the day after. Happy with that. The content itself was packed properly to prevent damage. I will certainly make use of this store for future orders.
