My friends threw a surprise birthday party for me & it made my day turning 40 🎊

Food was pretty good. Pastas were well seasoned and tasty. Service was good as well, food came quickly. The restaurant is nicely decorated but it tends to get quite busy so it's a bit too noisy for my taste. However that's compromise I am willing to make for good food!

Parking can be a total disaster but food is worth it.

Quality food, clean enviroment, pleasant waiter service. Recommended place. Parking around is not impossible mission but not easy as well. There is a big P+R within 200m besides the lake of Zaventem.

Great Italian restaurant in Zaventem.
The place serves a variety of Italian dishes. I got some homemade rigatoni Bolognese which was excellent.
On a sunny 🌞 weekday the terrace gets busy, so you need to reserve your place in advance.
Try a pizza 🍕 too this is delicious. And an espresso coffee ☕ ;)

Absolutely packed on a Monday evening which indicates huge popularity and from the moment you enter you can understand why.
The warm welcoming atmosphere from the staff, the noise of chatter from the packed tables, the simple but crowded menu and above all, the delicious food soon explain why a reservation is essential. Moderate pricing, but worth it.
The best option for parking is an open public (free) car park about 3 minutes walk from the restaurant.

I had lunch with colleagues at Mercato. Great place to meet and eat lunch or dinner. Nice atmosphere especially outside when the weather allows. Friendly staff and good prices.

Lovely Italian restaurant in Zaventem. Great food and a nice ambiance. I only had lunch here, but sitting outside on the pitch with the natural bamboo like shadow was very nice.
