Great bike shop which I've used for several repairs and even bought my e-bike here after helpful and informative discussions with the staff. No hard sell at all. This in fact inclined me to go with these guys. It's my go-to for all bike related stuff. Would highly recommend.

We stopped by to ask about a Kalkoff bicycle and were served by Luke - he was friendly, very thorough, explained in details various options and gave us best advise possible on numerous topics in perfect English. Unfortunately the bike we wanted wasn't available but nevertheless it was an excellent customer service provided and we'd happily go back there again

Excellent service, both for repairs and new bikes. They really know their stuff but don't sneer at those who aren't as well versed in the ways of the bicycle.

Brought my bike to do maintenance, the staff told me that it did not need anything after looking at it and oiled it for free, very nice and honest people working here, would recommend.
