How can I describe what I really want to say? I should be able to click 10 stars.

We went to Belgium on a bike trip, the three British amigos! Turns out one of the amigo's Cardo intercom system was not properly connected (in spite of being purchased at an allegedly official Cardo dealer in UK).

Turned up at RAD, found out the faulty connections... and voila! Ready to hit the road again. Not much, you may think? What made this so special was the quality of the human beings helping us. People who CARE, instead the sadly so common indifferent, mediocre, half-arsed (can I say half-arsed on google? If not, so sorry for saying "half-arsed") British way these days. Oh! And they let us go with no charge, since the problem was so easy for them (not so much for the third amigo, though). We certainly do not mind paying for knowledge, especially when it's delivered in such way, but no, they would not take a penny.

Made us feel welcome, safe, aided and wanting to move countries.

By the way, amazing range and variety of biking gear and... a nice cafeteria!

If I go back that way I would love to walk in, find the people who helped us and shake their hands once again.

We have a lot to model on other countries, that's for sure.

The store is amazing, the staff is nice and the prices are fair.
I really enjoyed the experience I had in the store and I would definitely recommend to anyone that has a passion for motorcycles or is just looking to buy his/her new gear.

The only thing that slightly bothered me was that the parking lot is small and doesn't hold too many cars. When I arrived, the area was full, so I had to wait for someone to go out to park.

Nice, big store with a lot of options. Helpful and friendly staff, fluent in English. I was able to find good deals on January and saved around 40% compared to prices in Turkey.

For tourists: difficult to reach with public transportation and I couldn't get VAT back because of the bureaucracy in Belgium, don't leave it to your last days of your visit if you want a VAT return.

Top service - I speak OK Flemish but they were happy to talk to me in English. I got what I needed quickly and with great advice. They even have a test 'motorbike' to be sure the clothing you buy fits perfectly in situ. Nothing but positives from me.
