Without doubt, one of my favourite places to eat in Belgium. Very friendly helpful staff and great food. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of space inside and out.

Amazing place right next to the waterfalls of Coo. They have a big terrace but also a great indoor room to eat.
The food was delicious, I recommend the "plat ardennais" as an entree.
The staff was super freindly and accommodating . Be sure to at least have a drink here when you're around.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful waterfall close by. Support your locals, the flood has had its effect on this area and Le Baron cleaned up nicely but surely a visit to this wonderful restaurant is worth your while!

I wish I could give 100 stars! Greg and his staff were more than welcoming and kind. We stayed in the Coo area for 2 nights and we loved La Baron so much we made 3 separate visits. They’re menus are not only extensive but are in English, Dutch and French. Everything ordered was absolutely delicious and the presentation was outstanding. Their beer and liquor selection is both extensive and eclectic. Needless to say we LOVED La Baron and may visit Belgium again just for their bacon crepes! Thanks Greg!

Been a customer for more than 10 years, just had a family holiday here and as always service is warm and friendly, food and drink superb and apartments spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Sad to be coming home tomorrow but glad to back in a month.

Very friendly staff ,nice food.find it sad we couldnt stay longer in stavelot,the owner of the resto made us feel at home ,the only thing we waited longer to get our order but which i understand it is not easy. but the best brasserie to be .
