Kayaks La Vanne

Super wonderful and kind ladies who welcome you, speak different languages from english, french, dutch to explain all the process. We took the Poupehan 11 km trip. They drove us to the start and we ended up at the La Vanne reception. The entire trip took 1.5 hrs for us without stops but you can always choose to take breaks. There is a changing room if you are wet when you are back. Next time we will definitely take the longer one. All in all, very lovely people running this place, especially Mauricette and the other lady we didn't catch her name. See you next year for sure!

The best kayak experience I ever had! I took the longest route and it was just a whole day relaxing in the middle of nature. Bringing your own food and doing a picknick along the way makes it even more fun!

We did the 17km route (Alle - Bohan).
Takes about 4 hours to complete with a few stops.
Very nice - beautiful scenery - relaxing day.

We did the 11km stretch between Poupehan and Alle in about 2.5 hours! What an amazing experience. I recommend Kayaks La Vanne to anyone who wants to have a great time kayaking the Semois.

The Kayaks La Vanne is a highly recommended company to do your Kayak trip especially the 17km one at the 3/3 of the river view is fantastic just remember to get enough drinks bites and sun cream with you. When we arrived the ending spot the company picked us up within 20mins which is very fast and was a very safe drive. And the people working their is very kind and caring super friendly super recommended.

Great kayak down the Semois, apart from a few trout fisherman I was only human on the river for 17km! Abundance of wildlife, tranquil, a cooling rain shower to escape the heat. Stopped off for a beer en-route....perfect. The staff at Kayaks La Vanne were friendly and helpful, English spoken but not an issue...we can all make ourselves understood whatever the language. 10/10 recommended!

Beautiful region and river experience. Online booked 6 kayaks, everything well organised, in time, friendly people... Highly recommended if you want to enjoy very relaxing views in nature. Maybe 1 hint: bring some padding to support the back support of the kayak seat (a life jacket would probably do the trick, too).

We did the 17km trail. Amazing nature on the route. Great experience for the whole family. There is a marked place halfway where you can order food and drinks.

Very happy. Highly recommend the 17km tour, IF there is enough water. Booked a tour with 10 people. Friendly arrival..(some people commented it would be nice if the staff could give some basic training)
Kayaking went without trouble. No one ended up capsized. You need to keep a watch for large stones in the river. Pickup at the end was very fast. Its my third time booking and I am very happy with this company.

Fantastic! All the staff was super enthusiastic and sympathic. It was an amazing place to kayak. Everything went fluently, we even got drinks for during our trip. Definitely will come back. Big love for the woman from the front desk.

Well located, friendly service. Kayaks very flat with limited storage, so good for shallow water, but not well suited for taking camping equipment.

We did the longest kayak trip (17km) from Alle to Bohan. The kayaks we rented were in good condition. The owners were really warm and welcoming. They were flexible with start times. The route is scenic. The national park after the 10th kilometre was indeed a pleasant experience. The drop-off back to the rental shop was also very organised. Highly recommended for everyone.
