Great view point of the city from the top.
Nice climb up, not without any effort.
I loved using the handrails as slide

Nice climb. It will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to climbe the up. And nice view from the top. You can see the whole city. Also there is an observation point near by. No tickets needed.

Only attraction in Liege 😂 which was actually nicee as it has a history behind it, looks good enough for you to take picture with if you want, and even has nice view from the top!! Kinda perfect actually cuz it’s not even much crowded. This attraction is enough to gank the whole tourisms of Liege 😂 sad we don’t manage to find any souvenir of the stairs 😭

The place is situated in the city center ofcourse and it is very close to main market.
There were 300+ stairs and the view at the top was breathtaking.

Would definitely recommend to go there solo as well as in groups.

It takes 374 steps to get to the top but then you have a nice view of the city. You do need to be quite fit however the handrail is quite sturdy and you can of course take breaks

Probably one of the must do's of Liège.
The views from the top are pretty and worth the climb.
However, be mindful of the people that live there. Enjoy the experience and the city, but be also respectful with the people that lives there and that uses them as their daily path to go back home, to go to work...

Montagne de Bueren has a ton of stairs 😣, but it was an incredible adventure climbing them and getting to the top (just to realize there's another monument and more stairs further up, lol). Not going to lie, there were a few moments in which I was winded. The views are great and there are so many people taking the climb on! At the top, there was a sweet cat visiting everyone who had made it.

Would recommend doing this unique 374 step ascent. The view is a good reward on reaching the top. Took 5-6 minutes at a steady pace, would take some water if its a sunny day as it gets pretty warm.

This may seem donating but it is not that bad if you walk daily. If you do not exercise or walk much this could be hard but not impossible. Great view at the top and perfect way to burn off the waffles. Lol

What else is there to say other then: visit these stairs. Your condition and heart rate will be thankful of the exercise, you will be ashamed of your lack of training.
It really is a beautiful set of stairs, never thought I’d say those words but I can’t deny it. The view over Liège is nice, but I do think the steps are worth the visit in their own right.

It is impressive, it is worth admitting. While I was walking, I grumbled, saying "why do they have such a big staircase, it's not practical." But when I reached the top, I understood the answer to this question :)If you go further, you will reach a large park and the citadel. There is also a beautiful view of the city. There is no one here on weekend evenings, I don't know why. There are also residential buildings above and below, and people live here. Often there are requests to "be quieter" hanging on the windows, because there are small children there. In general, I advise you to visit, it made a pleasant impression on me

The stairs are one of the locations you have to visit in Liege not only for the physical activity of climbing them but also for the amazing reward you will get after reaching the top. After climbing , an outstanding view of the whole city opens and you can spend 10 minutes or more just admiring the beautiful city. A quick tip is to begin your journey with these stairs because after them , you will feel a little tired :) .

Quite a steep hike up the stairs but a stunning view of the city from up top. Highly recommend the walk up for every city visitor!

A very beautiful place, wonderful nature and a stunning view overlooking the city of Liege beautifully. There is a place for jogging and practicing some sports, where the number of stairs is 375, a bit tiring, but very interesting and beautiful, worth a visit and enjoying the view of the city of Liege from the top.
