All good, one of the best rental experiences ever! Friendly and professional staff at the desk who offered us water and were super fast during check-in! We've hit the road in no time and we had no issues during and when we returned the car! The car was amazing with just 7km of mileage! Great experience keep it up!

Easy to find in airport, good service and almost brand new car (1000km).

I was expecting much less, usually car rental companies have a bad reputation for charging extra fees or extra insurance. But no, I was pleasantly surprised by Sixt, absolutely no problems, no extra charges. The car was new, clean and ran without problems. I booked a Fiat 500X manual and got an Audi A3 TDI automatic. Thank you!

Very good car but the full insurance was expensive compared with the another company which means that total cost of the rental goes to be not so attractive. My advice is to by full insurance directly from the site.

Regarding all the reviews that you see below regarding the return being complicated. Just follow the signs to P1. It's not complicated at all.

The team was great. Car was oK, given it was a Peugeot. We had the 5008 model, automatic, winter tires and NAV. Great experience overall all. Total of 6ppl with 5carry-ons and 3 backpacs. Anchovies in a tin might have more room, but it was great for what we needed and fair priced. Cheers.

Being a regular user, always happy with their excellent service.

The flight from Trieste Ronchi to Charleroi was delayed and I was very afraid that I would find the Europcar branch where I had booked a vehicle with Ryanair closed. When I had completed almost all the formalities at the Europcar branch, I was very coldly refused because I did not have a credit card. Then I found a Sixt branch at Charleroi Airport, where I experienced a VERY positive customer experience. Mrs. Sabah was invaluable in being helpful and kind, as I was almost desperate because of the late hour and the refusal at Europcar. She understood my plight and offered me a vehicle without any problems. We also chatted a little during the rental formalities.
I will never use Ryanair or Europcar for future rentals, as they after all, also refuse to refund me any of the rental and insurance paid due to have only debit instead of credit card with me. They practically robbed me of 580 Euros with a simple excuse.
I will make all my future reservations exclusively with the company SIXT, which I also warmly recommend to others!!!
