Manoir de Lébioles

Manoir de Lébioles is a hidden gem and a beautiful place to spend a quiet and relaxing getaway. We were there for a 2-night stay and everything from the rooms (a gorgeous with great amenities) to the restaurant (amazing culinary experience), to the spa (a wonderful area for peace and relaxation) were just fantastic. We were in awe and will remember our stay here for a very long time.

We have been coming to this place for several years now and it's truly a magical hideaway. The manoir and its surroundings are picture perfect. A setback to this secluded location is that there is virtually nothing at decent walking distance you can do, and to get there and away you will probably need a car.

The interior does feel a bit outdated in some corners, but this may be part of its charm, and you can see they are carefully updating bits and pieces. The spa area is nice and relaxing.

Staff has always been polite and friendly.

The high-priced restaurant is excellent and innovative, only when it comes to vegetarian food options still stuck in the past. There are basically no vegetarian main courses and we had to explain repeatedly that vegetarian food excludes fish as well. They did however by specific request create vegetarian options and these were great. Cow milk alternatives (currently being only soy milk) for coffee could be stepped up as well.

Finally, they changed their buffet-style breakfast to a more modest individual serving (which you do not select however). It's still of high quality but you clearly get less for the money and it felt like we were asking for a lot when we are asking for some more cheese and bread (we got the same amount for three people as two people at other tables initially).

Overall, however, we love the experience and will come back for sure. We are excited to see what the manoir will do in the future to keep up with modern times while preserving its rustic charm.

We were here in November for diner - it was amazing 🙏🏻! The food was excellent, good tastes together on the plate, perfekt presentation, nice small restaurant room with beautiful view towards the garden 🪴 and a fantastic service. We had good recommendations about the wine and explanations about the food. Afterwards we had a drink in the bar - nice, cosy!

Have an amazing last month of the Year.

So, I was trying to find a romantic place for my wife and I's 1st anniversary. I was searching in my hometown area, in California. I somehow booked this place without knowing it was in Belgium. I spoke with Dirk a few hours after making my expensive mistake, and try after try, he succeeded in cancelling my idiodic mistake. Free of charge..thank you for your patience, and most of all, saving this poor guy some money. Dirk, your customer service should be applauded by your employers, and when me and the wife make it to Belgium, I'll hope to see you when we ACTUALLY book this magnificent looking place. Thank you again Dirk, for all your help. -William

My wife and I celebrated my birthday here.

It is a beautiful property with one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in, the common area are gorgeous, the spa/pool while not huge is very nice too, it is the perfect place, and without doubt the best, to stay while in the Spa area.

Our room, I think the largest in the hotel, was just stunning. Very spacious, with a separate relaxing alcove in the tower, a baldaquin bed and a large bathroom, just perfect. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast in the morning was good, too.

Only area of improvement, and it is a major one that almost cost them my 5th star, is the understaffing issue. It is a 5* and as such you pay 5* prices and expect 5* service. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy, nor valet, nor anybody for that matter. We waited in the car for a few minutes and then I decided to see what was going on. There was no bellboy nor valet (sounds futile but we had heavy luggage and it was raining) because the front staff guy, albeit very friendly, was playing all roles....this understaffing issue repeated itself at the bar, where it took a while to get a drink, albeit excellent once there, because the barman double-hatted as waiter for the restaurant. At the restaurant, same issue, we had to serve ourselves wine and water, as they were clearly understaffed. At the breakfast, less so an issue but do not be in a rush as it will take 5 minutes to press your own orange juice... finally, upon checkout, one of my friends did lose patience after he had to wait 15-20 minutes to be able to check out as the front desk staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Thankfully the service, when there, was flawless and food was delicious.. Checkout with us was smoother as we left on Monday and we were probably the only one left but it was the same front desk guy who checked us out and put the luggage in the car. I felt very uncomfortable asking him to put the luggages in the car and he was a bit surprised as well but they did not give me another option.

So overall stunning property with memorable room, spa and food, but the understaffing needs to be fixed as I am not sure my friend who waited 20 minutes to leave had the same experience overall we had and would return. We definitely would.

This place was amazing, it was my 1st time planning a trip for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary and her birthday. I worked with a young lady by the name of Juilia Halmes who made everything as easy as possible and had the patience to deal with me.

The building is amazing, you don't have to walk far to the wellness center (outside the main building and to the right), the pool is amazing, the steams rooms and saunas very clean.

I had purchased a massage for my wife who's exact words were "OUT OF THIS WORLD EXCELLENT"

I have nothing terrible to say about the Manoir De Lebioles or the staff working there. I would give it ten stars if I could.

My wife and I have already recommended it two multiple friends and will be visiting again ourselves in three months time.

I didn't spend the night there, I was only to the SPA. It is a beautiful place, everyone was kind and helpful. Great massage and experience.

This is the best restaurant I ever went to in Belgium. The view is amazing, the castle is beautiful and the food is outstanding (believe me, I'm used to go to gastronomic restaurants)
