The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was quick. The hotel is close to the airport which is nice. They also provided a shuttle service (for a fee) that brought us to the train station. I would stay here again in the future.

The beds were incredibly comfortable ensuring a nights sleep. What truly stood out to me was not the friendliness of the staff but their exceptional level of helpfulness. They went above. Beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

The hotels location is undoubtedly one of its highlights as it is conveniently situated a 10 minute drive, from the airport. Furthermore it is in proximity to shops making it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. Another great feature is having an on site restaurant that exceeded my expectations in terms of its quality and variety. I can confidently say that their steaks were a highlight and an absolute delight.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience, with top notch service and delectable food options.

Nice and polite receptionist, clean rooms, no noise outside, perfect for an overnight stay to catch the morning flight. There are busses going to the hotel, but you need to double check. We had to walk to the hotel, thinking that isn't too far, but I recommend using their transfer service. You can order it with them, as well when going to the airport- just confirm with the receptionist. We took the transfer on the way to the airport and it was worth it

Clean, quiet room. Average breakfast. Very close to airport which is an asset. Ample parking. Inexpensive. I had a rented car, but they offer a commuter to airport. Customer service needs improvement. Still I recommend this hotel.

Great place to stop at if you have an early morning flight out of the airport. Food was good, room was spacious and clean it the bed settee was a little creaky. Shuttle bus was reliable and comes at a cost of €5 per person.

Stayed one night as I was flying out early in the morning. It's situated close to the airport but not within walking distance.

There is a hairdryer in the bathroom even though I didn't see it noted on their website.

Hotel parking spacious enough. You can eat at the hotel restaurant or Burger King is just 20 min. walk away. You will pass this Burger when driving to the hotel from the motorway. An iron and an ironing desk available at the room - positively surprised. Local tax 3€/person charged separately at the reception desk (A.D. 2023). Card payment for local tax possible. WiFi secured and fast.

Close to the airport, rooms are okay. Reception staff are the best. Friendly, polite, helpful and professional. I enjoyed my stay.

Helpful and friendly staff made the trip a pleasure, the room was large for the price and the food seemed to be made with care.

For the little experience I have of airport hotels I hope future ones are like this one.

PS it's a bit of a slog if you walk it from aeroport Charleroi (I know from experience!) Get the shuttle!

Close to the Charleroi Airport. Rooms are clean, however the bathrooms should be renewed. Restaurant serves delicious foods and selection of drinks. Services was good and staff is friendly.

Really great hotel, they saved my day yesterday. Friendly hospitality staff at the reception desk. Everything was arranged very fast. And the room was really excellent!

The family room was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable for a group of four. Since we had an early flight, we requested for a taxi at the reception and paid 12 euros for the ride going to the airport.

Great hotel for an early morning flight. 5 minute drive to Charleroi airport. Very clean, nicely decorated room. Breakfast included. If your flight is early, they will have breakfast ready as early as 4:30am for you. Helpful staff.

I had a really nice stay here. Room was very nice, spotless, and appeared to be very new. Well appointed with AC, TVs, a sofa and table and chairs. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, and a pretty good breakfast is offered.

Very nice Best Western. Much different than stateside Best Westerns. I always stay at Hilton Brand properties and would consider this on par with a Hampton keeping in mind the beds are much smaller and breakfast not as good as in the USA. Just a different culture and food so understand that prior to traveling over here. Also unlike in America they actually have twin beds in their hotels and our queen is normally the biggest size bed in European hotels so be sure to ask size of bed in room so you don’t get stuck with two twin beds.

Very nice place if you need a stay close to the charleroi airport. Nice rooms,clean and nice furbished, good breakfast.

I booked to spend a night in this hotel because it's supossed to be in walking distance from Charleroi airport, but didn't end up going there because of limited access around the airport and instead of the hotel being 1km away you have to take a longer route of almost 4km. It's not the hotel's fault but the current circumstances around the airport. Booked and it didn't have free cancelation. It was the hotel staff that advised about this predictment, and I asked them from free cancelation and they accepted.
