Op OMd 2023: Heel speciaal om het kasteel van Beauvoorde vanop stellingen te kunnen bezoeken. Als gids in het (aan het restaureren) kasteel is dit een meerwaarde!

Posto veramente carino e suggestivo, il castello è attualmente chiuso per restauro. Nel frattempo hanno organizzato un'escape room in una stanza al suo interno (solo dutch). Consigliato per una sosta o un giro in zona.

Das Wasserschloss selbst hat leider zur Zeit geschlossen. Es wird renoviert.

Der Park ist aber frei zugänglich und gepflegt. Leider waren die Schafe bei den Apfelbäumen heute nicht da.

Aktuell hängt eine Blumenschaukel für Paare an den Bäumen. Damit lassen sich romantische Fotos machen.

Vrijwilligers vertellen weetjes van vroeger. Voor de kids is er een leuke speurtocht waar ze een code moeten kraken om in de schatkamer te komen. Je kunt helemaal tot in de toren klimmen. Er is ook een winkeltje bij met streekproducten.

Het kasteel werd verbouwd maar de omgeving er rond is ook de moeite om te verpozen

Mooi kasteel met mooie meubels en prachtuge schilderijen.

Ik adviseer wel eigen vervoer maar geen fiets. Het fietspad van Veurne naar het Kasteel is levensgevaarlijk.
