71 Utsav Chinese Restaurant is located at Shivchar Upozilla, Madaripur District. They serve both chinese and bangla food dishes. The chinese restaurant is at the first floor. In the ground floor there is a restaurant where breakfast is available from 6 am in the morning. There are some rooms available for the guests from outside of the town. Single Air Conditioned rooms are six hundred taka and twin-bed Air Conditioned rooms are one thousand taka for twenty-four hours stay. The rooms are standard and very reasonable in price. There are no Car parking facilities inside the hotel but space are available in front of the hotel for car parking with security guards available to look after.

I ate french fries and Lacchi. The french fries were of average taste. But the Lacci was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing but they have separate spaces for gf and bf which I didn’t like. Overall I had a good experience there.
