Satair Shahi Jame Masjid Complex

A historical mosque from the Mughal era.

Ala-Uddin Hussein Shah was king almost 700 hundred years ago. Many Awolis lived in this Satapur village. Among them, Muri'ah of Hazrat Shah Sufi Shaykh Shah Chatturi (R) was Alauddin Husain Shah. The historic mosque is built at that time. The historic Grand Trunk Road or Sher Shah Road has been adjacent to the Satyari Mahi Mosque. Some think that the celebration of Sher Shah of the Satyar Shah Mosque Sher Shah.

It is a historical and old mosque. But the regular maintenance and moden civil construction accumulated with historic structure which made the mosque a great place for prayers and visitors.

it is one of the most beautiful and primitive archaeological site.it is situated on boalmari upzilla,faridpur.it is actually a mosque. it a long building and its outside color is red. people prayer here 5 times. it is a very beautiful mosque that I never seen before.

'Satair Masjid' is one of the oldest mosque in Bangladesh. It was created during the reign of Tughlaq Sultan Alauddin Hussain Shah or Sher Shah.
