I loved this place.. Never imagined place like this can be exist there.
Obvious beauty of nature and great architectural sense makes it unique.
Their services and food are ready good that defines their professionalism.
The night view is insane. So colourful and bright you can see the river and the ships on jetty getting ready with passengers to sail.

This place amazed my mind. Would like to visit again soon.

It is quite tough to get there by rickshaw or car on weekends. Parking vehicles in this neighborhood might be difficult due to a lack of adequate parking spaces. Food is bit pricey yet amazing. The natural view from the restaurant is spectacular, particularly around sunset. There is both an indoor and an outdoor part. I believe you should go there not just for the cuisine, but also for the wonderful environment.

The Buriganga Riverview restaurant is a well decorated rooftop restaurant located at the bank of the Buriganga River, Sadarghat Launch Terminal building, Dhaka.

It's very difficult to go there by rickshaw or car in weekends. Parking cars can be a big issue in this area, there is no good parking facilities. If you want to get a good view sight then you have to wait. Foods are slightly expensive. You have to wait for 15-20 minutes for food after order. But their behavior and presentation is very good. I think you should go there not only for getting food but also a splendid location too.

The food is not that good. Decoration and environment is Awesome. You can chill and hang out for long time. Nice river view. Majestic at night.

One of a type. Excellent river view, nice interior, good food, very friendly staff - what more is needed? Loved it. Actually did not expect such a combination in old Dhaka area. Good place for family hangout (and one of the best place to take selfy 😀). There was even live music playing (not sure about it for other days).

Some points to consider:
No dedicated parking. Road side parking may be very difficult on a normal day (we went on Friday night and it was not difficult). Better don't take self driven car.
We expected some traditional old Dhaka food, but only Mutton Dum biriany was available (that was awesome in taste). Management may think about it.
Price of some (not all) of the items seems too high ( a chicken burger costs 499 excluding VAT).

Overall, I would say, it's a must try. Highly recommended.

You can enjoy Riverview while enjoying delicious food. The place is gorgeous and quite large. The decorations are excellent. And the natural view is outstanding, especially at the time of sunset. There is also an indoor section and outdoor section. Have tasted the kebab platter,and mixed ice cream. Both of the dishes were delicious . I'm kind of impressed.

Buriganga Riverview Restaurant is one of the best rooftop well decorated, spacious restaurant in Dhaka.

We had family dinner, stayed from evening to till closing at 12:00 midnight.
Environment and Scenario all around will enlightened you to stay as long as restaurant is open.

Food: You will get, Local dishes, Arabian platter, Kabab & Nan Ruti, Chinese dishes, Varieties of juice and drinks, Ice-cream, Coffee etc.

Food Quality : Honestly, to me, food quality is average or little better than average.
We tried Beef & Chicken Kabab with Nan Ruti. It was fresh, well cooked and tasty.
Also tried Pineapple fried rice, fried chicken, chef special Chinese style fried rice, Salad, Juice, Coffee etc which was an average in taste.

Serving time: 30 Mins on an average.

Price : Slight expensive. But it worth enjoying food beside a river under a nice decorated rooftop restaurant.

Staff behaviour: Really good and helpful.

Washroom : Authority should take care and clean it more frequently.

The atmosphere of the place is really good! The view from the restaurant is one of a kind! However they need big improvement on their services. We waited over an hour before they took our order (despite several follow-up). The kebab items are better compared to other foods. Price of the food is on the higer side considering the area/location.

There are some facts you need to keep on your concern before going to that place-
• It is a bustling area.
• There is no proper parking spot nearby.
• It is on the building of Sadarghat Terminal no.2
• 2pm to 6pm is the peak hour for both the restaurant and the adjacent area.
• From Gulistan, you can use this route
Gulistan → Fulbaria → Bongshal → Tatibazar More (Then take left) → Ray Saheb Chowrasta (Then take right) → Jagannath University → Sadarghat Terminal No. 2

Best restaurant for scenic beauty and atmosphere as a roof top one. Better to go at afternoon as lights are available. Food quality average. Price average. Interior excellent and well maintained. Stuffs are cordial. Full sadarghat terminal is visible woth the launch at jetty. No prior reservation needed.

Really a outstanding place! Indoor + outdoor dining with Buriganga river view side sunset view! Big space, foods are delicious also. Scenario are awesome. A whole new different kinda Vibe!

What view!!! I had Iftar on 20.04.2023. Ordered their first iftar platter. The food is good especially Mutton Halim. Most beautiful restaurant in town. But car parking might be an issue.

You will never regret. Premium and classy restaurants with burigangha’s view and the food price considerable.
