Good hospital with well managed and clean. I have some suggestion for further improvement:
1. When send the message for OPD, to patient's mobile, need to mention building name. Because, you have 3 building OPD doctor. So patient can directly go to the right building without searching for the right building.
2. After registration, many patients wait in front of nurses station, frequently ask the queue and how long need to wait. I recommend to hang a digital display board (same as bank counter queue) so that patients can easily understand the queue and no hassle.

The hospital has maintained a disciplined code of conduct. Inside the hospital a Pharmacy section is observed. The place is continuously cleaned. However, the overall environment is good. The receptionist was cooperative. Before consulting with the doctor payment process is required.

Doctors come at appointed time, service charge is high yet worthy, patient ID card is free of cost, staffs are professional, they have state of the art machines and technologies (I personally compared and found their x ray film is much clearer than that of other average places), they have food corner and filters at every floor, separate prayer room for men and women, kids corner in pediatricians zone, nice parking arrangement, escalators, enough lift, stairs and emergency exit, walk through metal detector gate and x-ray baggage scanner at entrance, Interior decorations are praiseworthy - made it an aesthetically beautiful hospital.

Definitely expensive as their service. it has a cafeteria and few coffee corner. It has also a good kids indoor play ground in 9th floor. square hospital have a mobile app you can download from store and install your mobile. after installed you have to input your HN number in the square hospital app and you can see your investigation report, medical history and other facilities. you can make payment or appointment through the app.
