This sweet is also known as Gayanath's pillow.Gayanath Ghoshal is the father of Balish sweets. Among Hindus, the Ghosh family is famous for making sweets. Gayanath Ghosh, the proprietor of 'Gayanath Misthanna Bhandar' on Barhatta Road, Netrakona, invented Balish sweets more than a hundred years ago.Main ingredients Chickpeas, flour, sugar, etc.Many rhymes about the tradition of Balish sweets in this region have been going on in the mouths of our people for ages. There is a folk rhyme about the pillow - "Jam, after getting Rasgolla, the father-in-law complained that he would bring the pillow of his son-in-law Gayanath."

First time I taste this kind of sweet name is pillow sweet. Taste is awesome. One piece big size price is 500/- we can not finish one pice by 8 person. If you go to visit netrokuna must try this goynath mistanno bandar sweet.
