It's somewhat similar to the Githron city of Netherland, that is, all transports are via river or canal. No road for cars. Amazing environment.

This is one of a Kind Floating Market in Bangladesh. This Specific region is famous for producing great quality of Guava. The geography is suitable for this.

Guava farmers from the nearby places starts coming to this market with fresh Guava's from 10AM in the morning for Hat. The Hat goes until 1AM. This guava's then go to various parts of nation.

The guava's are too good , fresh ,sumptuous and hella cheap. Don't forget to devour on them.

For the best experience of this, rent a regular boat and ask the boatman to take you through the canals. Go during the off peak times i,e weekdays and you will have one of the most serene experience of your life. it's magnificent. Rainy Season is the best time to go there.

It fills like a festival for guava fruit. As long as you can see, you'll see the trees of guava. The best way to visit there is to hire a boat and reach there asap in the morning. After reaching there you'll see lots of farmers trying to sell their harvest in the floating market. Its really nice to see such a market. The best time to visit the floating market is between July to August.

The Bhimruli floating guava market is a unique and fascinating place. It is located in the middle of the Padma River, and the vendors sell their guavas from boats. The market is a major source of guavas for Bangladesh, and it is a popular tourist destination.

The market is open from July to September, which is the peak guava season. During this time, the river is filled with boats of all shapes and sizes, all selling guavas. The vendors are very friendly and they are happy to haggle over prices.

The guavas at the Bhimruli floating guava market are some of the freshest and sweetest you will ever taste. They are also very affordable. A kilo of guavas typically costs around 100 Bangladeshi taka (US$1.20).

In addition to guavas, the market also sells other fruits and vegetables, as well as snacks and souvenirs. There are also a few restaurants and tea stalls where you can enjoy a meal or a cup of tea.

The Bhimruli floating guava market is a great place to experience the unique culture and traditions of Bangladesh. It is also a great place to buy fresh, delicious guavas.

Here are some tips for visiting the Bhimruli floating guava market:

* Visit during the peak guava season, from July to September.
* Be prepared to bargain with the vendors.
* Bring cash, as most vendors do not accept credit cards.
* Wear comfortable shoes, as you will be doing a lot of walking.
* Take a boat ride on the Padma River to get a better view of the market.

Biggest floating goava market in Bangladesh. The floating market appears as the centre of Barisal's beauty. When the floating market began nobody knows but its hundred years old tradition. You can come here from anywhere in Bangladesh. From Brishal bus stand take a bus to Sharupkathi then take auto to Kurianabazar.
