KUET, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology is widely regarded as the second best Engineering University in Bangladesh. Formerly BIT Khulna, is a located in Khulna, Bangladesh. It emphasizes education and research in engineering and technology. It was founded in 1967 as an engineering college before gradually converting into a university.This 101 acre campus has its best use by the brightest minds of the country.

This is one of the prestigious institution for Engineering education situated in Southern Region of Bangladesh.Formerly it was named BIT, Khulna. Then it turned into a college and finally it is a complete university. The rural vive of this University really soothes the mind.
The students celebrate almost all festivals of Bengali culture with full swing.

Honestly speaking, although there should be no comparison, I liked KUET more than BUET. It's so spacious and beautiful!

Nobody should miss the opportunity to visit KUET while staying in Khulna. It's situated quite far from the city centre but totally worth the journey.

The serene vibe of the place will stay with me for a long time. I'm not sure if it's like that all time as I went when there was a vacation ongoing.

I specially loved it's greenery and the "Padma Bil/pukur" which means Lotus Pond or lake. It's obviously artificial but serves as a cherry on the top. Modern architecture with clean environment certainly will help students feel at ease with the campus. I wish I could explore their library as well!

Not a student of KUET, but I visited KUET twice. The campus is very clean, well maintained and beautiful.

The environment of this University is very charming. If a man come here with a depressed mind and sit on the green field, obviously he/she feel good in mentally. Because the atmosphere of this Varsity is in favour of your body&mind. Here you can hear the tune of birds, enjoy the natural beauty and feel the healthy air. Not to mention that the campus is fully free from drugs. The campus is very neat and clean.
Sometimes I go there and spend time to develop my knowledge with an honourable sir. You can also visit the campus in your convenient time.

It was founded in 1967 as an engineering college then it gradually converted into a university.

In a new mood with a lot of hope and enthusiasm, BIT, Khulna started its journey to overcome the existing limitations to make this institute as the ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the south western region of Bangladesh. However, the nation's demand to develop engineering education in real sense was not fulfilled. Though BIT was converted to an autonomous Institution, the authority failed to take decisions regarding administrative, financial and academic activities due to complicated systems. Hence all BITs started a massive campaign to materialize the demand for proper autonomy as the public university enjoys. However, finally in order to fulfil the aspirations of the people and to suit to the demand of the Modern age, the government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh decided to convert and upgrade these four BITs into universities of Engineering & Technology. Accordingly, BIT, Khulna became Khulna University of Engineering & Technology with the other BITs as per act passed by the National Parliament effective from September 1, 2003.

It is now under construction nbut its shows that it will be beautiful after completion. It is the Beauty of this University. I would lime to invite all the student those WHO want to be a Engineer, they should visit this place.

One of the prominent engineering universities of Bangladesh, bit away from the city . Campus is nice , specially the newly build Shaheed Minar and the IT building. I stayed in the teacher's residential area and the place is amazing to live with lots of green and play ground.

My second home, one of the top varsities of Bangladesh and one of the only 5 engineering varsities of the country. It has a beautiiiiifuul campus, good waste management system.

It's a well decorated campus with less ground to play I think 🤔 .KUET hill,shahid minar,welfare center,IT park ,durbar bangla enhanced it's beauty by many fold.

Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) is at Fulbarigate, the northwest part of Khulna City (the third largest south-western divisional city in Bangladesh). The campus is about 15 kilometers from the zero point of Khulna City, which is well-connected to the major city centers by open and wide roads. It is at about 12 km from the Inter-District Bus Terminal and approximately 14 km from the Khulna Railway Station.

The KUET campus covers 101 acres. It is divided into four functional zones: residential zone for students; residential zone for faculty and staff; academic zone for academic buildings and workshops; and cultural-cum-social and recreational zone for students. Being square in shape, the third zone is midway between the two residential zones to reduce walking distances.

The main academic building accommodates the teaching and research facilities. Each department is a separate entity with a courtyard around, and all the departments constitute an integrated complex. Heavy engineering laboratories are on the ground floor or other separate workshops. Light laboratories, classrooms and project rooms are on the upper floors. Separate offices for every member of the teaching staffs are next to his/her laboratory.

Came here few months age for the exam of Combined Engineering Exam. Though I am in RUET now, this place still falsh back in my memory ❤

KUET is a great university in Education System and in its beauty for it's students...yeap it is located in Khulna ... It has a huge campus that you can't imagination.. I went there when i was giving my admission xm in KU( Khulna University) ... That time i couldn't take photos but now , with a help from one of my friends, now i am able to give you a total review of this mega university..
First of all , it a clean university... It means two things .. and i meant it that .. It is free from uncleanliness... And it is also cleaned from Politics .... There is no politics in KUET ..thats why it is so calm and quite ... I was so pleased after visiting this mega campus . Its educational way is better than RUET .... If you get chance to study here , don't ignore it and get admitted as fast as possible...😌

KUET is a very good place.Its one of the finest engineering University of Bangladesh.There are many subjects and departments, faculties for engineering study and research purpose. The place is very nice,clean and tidy.

It's an excellent place to study Engineering.
It has fantastic environment of study and research.
