One of the finest banks in the city. They helped me out with a student account when I needed one most. I have deep respect for this place. It is just that the service floor is one storey above and this makes it a bit inconvenient at times.

Very clean & they maintain all the safety & security manners. It'll change the so called bank image. Very much co-operative, helpful & neat indeed.

Relations and face value have priority. Tough for new people to get service cuz they follow all rules for new customers but their manager is supportive and guards are well mannered.
