DERA Resort & Spa - Manikganj

It is a nice tranquil place with great hospitality. Food quality was excellent. I loved it for a group tour or a couple of days with my partner.

I recently discovered DERA Resort & Spa in Manikganj while searching for a getaway, and despite initial concerns due to mixed reviews, my experience turned out to be fantastic. The location is serene and breathtaking, offering a gorgeous view from the well-appointed rooms. The expansive fields and dedicated kid zone added to the charm, providing ample space for relaxation and play.

Although there were concerns about the resort being under construction, I found the rooms clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional, and the delicious meals, including breakfast, were a highlight of our stay. The resort has great potential and already offers enjoyable activities like kayaking and cycling.

While some improvements are needed, such as more staff for activities and shading for the walking paths, the management's efforts to address concerns and the promise of ongoing improvements are promising. The resort's culinary offerings were impressive despite the limited buffet items.

Overall, my experience was highly positive, and I consider DERA Resort & Spa a worthy destination near Dhaka, deserving of a solid five-star rating. I'm already looking forward to visiting again and witnessing its continued growth and improvements.

It is a really very good place to relax. Their food is really good. The only issue I've faced that the swimming pool was not heated. As we went there in winter we needed the pool heated.

It's a place of celebrating corporate wing for picnic and family get together. It is equipped to accommodate 1000 people for a day long refreshment.

Rooms and service was great although swimming wasn’t clean had algae build-up.

Nice place, lots of greenery. A small swimming pool the hall rooms were new and well planned.

Visited this resort with friends and family. A well decorated and beautiful place I must say. The rooms were clean and modern, service was top notch and the meals and breakfast they provided was delicious.

Definitely a 5 star worthy resort.
The resort manager also treated us with fresh mangos in the morning which was a nice gesture.

we visited DERA Resort recently for an overnight stay . I was with FnF had a good accommodation, buffet lunch, Dinner & Breakfast, the hospitality of the staff was not only good but also out standing.
we could come close to nature, but we were alone as it was a working day, we could breathe fresh air and the overall stay was enjoyable.
This resort is very close to Dhaka, at Manikgonj.
this place is a breath of fresh air! loved the simple walkways with swings & children playground.
The compound has mini zoo, lake, golf court, children play ground which makes the place more lively in it's own charming way
