Very convenient place for the patients. Mr. Raj is a great doctor. He deal with patients problem very cordialy.

I greatly appreciated Dr. Raj coming in during the Eid holidays to treat my dental emergency. The root canal therapy was effective and the crown seems to be functioning well so far (visited in July '22).
With that being said I must explain why I am knocking a couple of stars off this review. I'll list some key aspects that I was utterly unsatisfied with:

1. I did not find it comforting and professional that the Doctor had his focus dedicated to his smartphone. Virtually 98% of the time while he is not actively doing something on the teeth, he is occupied with his phone. He received phone calls inturrupting the treatment as well. Sadly, even whilst speaking with the patient, he did not look up from his phone, which I found truly disrespectful and unprofessional.

2. I think it is an essential attribute of excellent medical practices to provide explanations and clarification of every step of the treatment with reasoning and consequences to the patient. However, here I had to actively ask for those and even then he was very reluctant about providing any clarification. Maybe this is not so unusual in Bangladesh, but it can be changed nonetheless, particularly when the patient is asking for it.

3. Last but not least, the chamber needs a proper, thorough cleaning and tidying up. Walking into a dental practice with that much clutter, an awful smell coming from the suction and all equipment showing watermarks do not really calm the patient with a demonstration of properly maintained hygene and safety.

I apologize if my words were harsh, but I hope Dr. Raj will consider my feedback as constructive criticism and will utilize this to improve in the future.
