on the western side of the Bangabandhu Bridge, is in a sorry state now, though few development works can make the spot much attractive to the visitors.

The construction work of the park, which is about 125 kilometres from Dhaka and 12 kilometres from Sirajganj town, was started in 2006 on 600 acres of land of Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA).

The bridge of dreams of the people of North Bengal. This eye-catching eco park is on both sides of the bridge. However, it would have been more interesting to build a wildlife sanctuary in the park.

The 'Bangabandhu Bridge Ecopark'

This eco-park has been established on the western end of the bridge in Sirajganj with an area of about 600 acres. The presence of different species of plants and wildlife has made Vibrant Park a tourist attraction. At the header of this park is the better viewing point of 'Bangabandhu Multipurpose Bridge'. The chaos of different kind os birds, the movement of rabbits, monkeys & the natural attractive sites is enough to take your mind to keeping peace & anxiousness.
Lets go for picnic here at your holidays & make a day of enjoy.

Bangabandhu Jamuna bridge is one of the most biggest in the world. It's running since 1998. Now a day's it connecting Northland to capital. So it vital role playing in the country. Beside the river have some beautyful place for picnic, one of is Eco park and other is Jamuna resort. The transportation system is almost well, from there have railway connectivity and roads connectivity is very good.

The 600-acre park on the western end of Jamuna bridge at Soydabad in the district was opened to public in 2008, but the authorities have not taken any initiatives to attract tourists. During a recent visit, this correspondent found the park in a state of neglect, with only a handful of visitors. The park has a small zoo with only four cages that accommodate only two sick porcupines and a few monkeys and hares.
