Madhovkundo eco-park

An ecopark located in Kathaltali, Baralekha Upazila, Moulvibazar District, Sylhet Division, Bangladesh. This place, one of the most famous as a tourist center, currently has rest houses and restaurants of Bangladesh Tourism Corporation. Some of the attractions of this ecopark are Madhavakunda water Falls, Parikunda Falls, Sri Sri Madhveshwar Shrine, and Tea Gardens. Madhavakunda waterfall is a sightseeing place in Sylhet Edit Location The stream of this Madhavakunda waterfall flows on Patharia hill under Gaurnagar Mouza under 8 south union of Thana Baralekha bordering Moulvibazar district and falls from this hill. This ecopark is built around Madhavakunda Falls. This Patharia hill is located at a distance of 72 km from Sylhet Sadar, 70 km from Moulvibazar district, 32 km from Kulaura railway junction and 8 km from Kathaltali.

For the first time was there. It was a great moment for me. You have walk 1.5 Km to reach the waterfall. But when you reach there your all tiredness will gone. The water too much cold. Stones became slippery, be safe. Have a safe journey

Very beautiful place for couples and families with children, students can also enjoy the place. But one advise for all visitors kindly don't litters here and there. Keep the beautiful area clean for your next visit and your children.

Madhabkunda waterfall & Eco Park is the largest waterfalls in Bangladesh. This waterfall height is around 200 ft and it is really fantastic area in Bangladesh. There is an Eco Park and big size green tree. There is a watch tower for see the real natural beauty. It is in Barlekha Upazila in Moulvibazar District of Sylhet Division.

During rainy season its become wild and gorgeous. Wonderful place to spend quality time.

It was one of best place that i visit.

It is one of the greatest place in my point of view. However, to enjoy its full beauty you must have to plan for 2 day trip and buy 2 hours tracking each day.

This is exactly an outstanding place that i ever seen.But i request to all staff to get an opportunity for visit properly. There is little happiness that we can't feel it.need more amazing experience by seeing different something.

Nice, biggest waterfall in Bangladesh

The place is wonderful. I visited on 13th February, 2022. The natural set-up is changed due to man-made structures. It was quite holy and natural in 1986 when I visited as part of my MSc geological fieldwork. Very sad - isn't it?

This is a picnic spot where the people are gone to picnic. There are tea plant.
