Very well equipped hotel with having all the modern facilities staff are super polite. Would like mention the name of Mr. Rohan who is super talented and he is such a gem of a person. Every time I asked for any help to him he was always there for the service. He is an real asset for the hotel. Highly recommend to other those who are for business trip.

The accommodations were comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Can't wait to visit again!

The only 4* rated hotel nearby. Rooms are good. The restaurant also caters great food. The Gym and swimming pool is an added advantage

This is a really good hotel. We stayed here 3 times and the service and food was very consistent. Staff is super helpful and the once you interact with any of them they will remember you and provide personal service. The AC in the three rooms I stayed in was among the best I have found anywhere in Asia. Plenty of hot water from the rain head over the bathtub- don't forget to throw the switch by the washroom door for the hot water.
Breakfast buffet has a good selection with a cook to order egg station. The restaurant by the pool on 14th floor was very good for lunch. The chicken schwarma at the pool restaurant should not be missed. Security is good, the security team went out of their way to come out on the sidewalk to greet us and see us safely to our transportation as we departed during the day. Laundry is reasonably priced and overnight...if you are in a hurry you can get expedited in 1 hour for a 50% upcharge, which is still reasonable. Dual elevators.....clean and bright with seldom a wait more than 30 to 45 seconds. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I have this hotel on my "go to" list for my next visit to Dhaka.

As soon as I arrived, I was instantly enveloped in a sense of opulence and tranquility on the premises. My lodging boasted a breathtaking vista of the resort's gorgeous natural surroundings. The staff were amiable and eager to assist, always sporting a friendly smile. Plus, there was an incredible pool!

Best location, great facilities and amazing views. Lots of variety in food. Different cuisines available. Breakfast is good and elaborate too. Helpful staff. Some dishes were too salty for my liking, but generally all good. Now yhey also have swimming pool and clubhouse . Pricing is not too high.
