Jhitka Ananda Mohan High School

As a former student, I have fond memories of my time at Jhitka Ananda Mohan High School. While the school had some limitations in terms of facilities, such as basic classrooms and limited resources, it made up for it with dedicated teachers, a sense of community, and opportunities for cultural events and activities. The school fostered a positive learning environment, emphasized academic excellence, and encouraged personal growth. Despite the limited facilities, the memories and experiences gained at Jhitka Ananda Mohan High School are cherished and appreciated.

This is my school. I feel really proud to be a part of the institution. Actually it is one of the most famous school in manikganj district ever. I spent 5 golden years in the Campus of the school. I found here some legendary teacher that I have ever seen like Sayedur Rahman (sir), Khitish Chandra Roy (sir), Shah Wajed Ali Chawdhury (sir), Sontosh Balo (sir), Ananda Mohon Roy (sir). In a word they are legend.
Sayedur sir, can be refer as a living legend. My life idol, Sayedur sir is the teacher of chemistry.
Our school campus is so large that I have seen or heard. Along with this campus is most beautiful campus in the hole manikganj district.
It is located besides the bank of Ichamoti rever in the village jhitka. And established in 1926.
Sorhab Uddin is the present head master in charge, succeeded by Shah wajed Ali Chawdhury in 2016.
Two new two storied buildings recently added to the campus replaced by one tin sheed house and one storied building. A compuer lab and a science lab exist here. But practical class is now rearly found for the administrative weakness. But for the patronage of Sayedur sir sciences' student inspire to attend in lab.
There are three two storied buildings and a tinsheed building in the campus. Having a longest pump tree and two Jhaw tree it a very large campus. About 1500 student are sitt seeking knowledge from the school. The school produced a huge number of doctore, engineer, scientist and first class government officer.

Beautiful Natural scenery

I was a Student of Ananda Mohan High School. I completed my SSC there. Today after seven years later I miss my Beloved school very much. I miss The Ichamati river at which bank Anandomohan is located. During our tiffin Period I/we used to sit under the Giant Tamarisk tree(Jhau Gas), This tree has a tremendous feature when there are strong wind it produces a strange type of sound that was so fascinating to me and I think to all of the students. Sometimes we friends used to steal Unripe Mango,Unripe Litchi,Green Coconut from School's property tree (This is secret), We had a great time indeed.

Our Teachers were so kind to us in case of the study though some of them were angry but now I can understand that why they did that type of behavior with us. If they didn't do like that we wouldn't be here today where we are now.
Our English teacher was Ananda Sir is a great teacher to us till now.

I am very Proud being a Student of Jhitka Ananda Mohan High School.

আমার জিবনের দীর্ঘ পাঁচটি বছর কাটিয়েছি আমার এই প্রিয় স্কুলটায় । কতো স্মৃতি রয়েছে এখানে , বন্ধুদের সাথে আড্ডা, স্কাউট, খেলাধুলা, পড়া না পারলে ক্লাস ফাকি দেওয়া কিনা হইছে । জিবনের প্রথম পরিবর্তন টা আসলো সাজাহান স্যারের কল্যাণে ,তারপর ক্ষিতীশ , যে গণিতে আমার গুরু ।আপনাদের কল্যাণেই আজ পাবলিক ইউনিভার্সিটি তে পড়াশুনা করে একটা ভাল জব করছি । স্যার আপনাদের লাল সালাম । স্কুল তুমি আমাকে অনেক কিছু দিয়েছো আমিও আসছি তোমাকে কিছু দিতে ,তবে ঋণ শোধ করতে নয় ।
