You don't have to wait for long time. All the officers are very nice and smart they will treat you like the boss. They have all others facility. They have strong security system and service. They have enough space for the customer. You can seat there and take you time when ever you face any problem they will initially help you. Moreover I have visited the branch manager and he said that they are ready to move forward along with the digital service. I saw there environment is clean and clear, enough light and air conditioning system. They have lots of branch all over Bangladesh.
