রুপালি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম বানিজ্যিক ব্যাংক। এই ব্যাংকের নয়া পল্টন কর্পোরেট শাখা অনেক ব্যস্ত একটি শাখা। অনেক গ্রাহক এখানে ব্যাংকি সেবা নিতে আসেন। তবে সেই তুলনায় লোকবল এখানে কম। আমার মতে সেবার মান আরো বাড়ান উচিৎ।

Full of burocracy. The are similar like other government bank. A simple work need long process and time. Not compatable with private banks fast service.
