I bought an Ariston Geyser from them in January 2023, but the coil was damaged within 10 months (total used 30 times throughout the year).

I called them about the warranty service, they behaved very strangely and asked for 5600 for the coil charging. 🤣

After-sales service was terrible, and the behavior was obscene and unprofessional. I’m unsure how a geyser from a renowned brand like Ariston didn’t last a year. Now I’m doubting the originality of the product.

They are not recommended at all.
